I had a fantastic experience with Air Pro, and their professionalism, particularly Mayra's, was truly impressive. Mayra's communication was exceptional, keeping me well-informed throughout the process. They worked diligently to ensure I received the best possible price and quality of service, and I was pleased to have my new HVAC and furnace installed within just one week. As a real estate agent myself, I'm surrounded by HVAC vendors and I am very protective of who I refer and recommend to my clients. So it means a lot that I can confidently say that I'll be referring my buyers and sellers Air Pro because of the way they worked with me on my own property!
Eden was awesome, walked through everything and explained what was needed. Installers on time, walked through what they’d be doing. The guys were fabulous, so meticulously at every step of the install. Would highly recommend this team.
Since Mayra showed up at our door to give us an estimate, she was so pleasantly friendly, professional and honest. Our experience with the technicians that installed our AC system was equally enjoyable. They were also very efficient and client friendly. Definitely recommend this company that gives you superb service every step of the way.

AirPro is excellent to work with. Their sales rep, Eden, is not pushy, upfront and honest with what you need and don’t need, easy to work with and provides a quality product for a fair rate. You truly do get what you pay for, and our house is much more efficient and cool in these hot summers thanks to AirPro! I’d strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a new energy efficient HVAC in their home!
We're pleased with our new AC-Pro units. In a two day total, our old system was completely removed and the new one installed. Bring on the Summer so we can put the AC unit to the test!!
Hired Air Pro to remove and replace old large units, and they were on time, fast, organize, professional, as well as completed the job faster than expected. Will refer them to all friends and family needing there services. Superb results, my go to company for heating and air.

Every person on the job was professional, friendly, on time and great at their job. They all worked together well as a team as well. From the initial visit the entire team was an expert at what they did. They were flexible and accommodating. I interviewed a number of different companies and I am very happy with my choice.

Made the decision to go with airpro cause first of all Paloma made us feel comfortable while having our best interest at heart. Never felt pressured and the fact that 4 options was available to us was a good factor. Installation was fast and clean. The guys were more than knowledgeable and friendly. I think this is a no brainer if you want AC and heating installed.

My experience with Air Pro was one of the best I’ve had with an HVAC company. The prices were very competitive and the technicians very knowledgeable, friendly and on time. I had a furnace replaced and all steps were explained to me and they made sure I understood the process. I would highly recommend them!

I called numerous HVAC companies to get bids on replacing my homes 4 AC/HVAC units and install a mini split in our guest house. Air Pros (specifically Paloma our sales rep) went above and beyond what I expected from them. Once we figured out what systems we were going to use they had them installed within days. Not only did our sales rep do a great job explaining different systems, but the installers were super professional (on time and very clean work), friendly (they even played fetch with our dog) and they were super clean (which many contractors that we used in the past didn't care much about and left the mess to us). I would not only use them again, but encourage anyone that is looking to get their systems replaced to give them a call.
After several years of being advised that my furnace was reaching its end of life cycle,l decided to begin my investigation into replacement costs. I received a quote from my go to HVAC tune up company which was a crazy high and continued my research. I stumbled upon Ai Pro and requested a quote. I received top of the line high efficiency quote that was more than half the original quoted cost. From the beginning of communication with Air Pro to the end, everyone has been amazing. Every person I interacted with was extremely courteous and professional. I'm glad that I move forward and replaced my HVAC system even though I was not in desperate need at this time.
The Air Pro folks were extremely professional starting with the quote process to the installation. Mariana was knowledgeable and thorough with her assessment of our needs for the upgrade. The installation team members were professional and made all efforts to avoid any damage or disturbance of our surroundings. Upon completion of the install, they took the time to guide us through the job completed and the operation of the new thermostat. All of the above n top of coming $7,000 below the closest estimate. Will regiment them to friends and family.
The AirPro personnel were professional, but also very friendly. Marianna guided us through the sales process in a clear, friendly manner, without any typical "high pressure" sales pitches. The install crew Eric and Paulo were courteous and considerate throughout the process. They cleaned up every day and did exceptional work. I highly recommend AirPro.
