I contacted the owner of the company on a personal recommendation; and so glad that I did! Ryan was very punctual and responded very quickly. He did an outstanding job at explaining how everything works, so that I could make an educated decision on what direction I should move forward with repairs. I knew that my unit was old, so we explored some options on how to extend the life of my unit in the most cost effective way; and I was able to send all this information up to the homeowner for a follow-up service based on his recommendations. I see that there are a small handful of negative reviews on Ryan here, but I ask that you take those with a grain of salt. Ryan is an honest professional, he is NOT trying to sell you something that you don't need. Please take those reviews very lightly; and understand that some people might just want something for nothing, and is not a reflection on his quality of service, character, or professionalism that he provides.
Two other companies told me I just needed repair, but it continued to have problems. Air options replaced my unit and in the end it will cost less over time. Thank you for doing a quality job.
Called me to schedule yearly service (I thought they were my ac company that I have a service plan with so I scheduled). When he showed up ethically he should have said we didn't need service since we just had our ac replaced in the last 60 days. They are a total scam. I just paid $125 for him to tell me to change my filter. Never again for me and I sure wouldn't recommend you try them.
Wouldn't recommend this service. Person that came out did not seem to know what he was doing. WHAT?? I don't even have a tire company. I have no idea where you're coming up with all of that. This is exactly what i mean when I say he doesn't know what he's doing.
Highly recommend to stay away from this dealer/service if you do not know much about ac systems. The owner, Ryan, will misguide people in to the most expensive option there is. Do not trust owner and make sure you get a second opinion if the cost seems high. The only negative is if you do call him even for a opinion he will charge you anything he can charge you for so make him your last option if you can. Be sure to get a written estimate before he begins so he does not give you extra charges at the end. I highly suggest doing your research or staying away from this business. "Mav Ric, I'm sorry you felt a $300-500 estimate to repair a 20yr old AC system was a bit pricey. The $85 Service/Diagnostic fee you did pay was the same fee for all customers that choose not to move forward with the necessary repair" --> Just in case he deletes it EDIT AFTER HIS RESPONSE:How can you just come up with what estimate you gave me and how do you know my system was 20 years old? Are you making stuff up again? You don't even know how much you quote or made me pay so you make assumptions? Again goes to show what kind of owner this is.
