A few weeks ago, I reported an issue with the air conditioning system in my rented house to ORHP company. They sent a technician from Air One Tech to fix the problem. After all, I called Air One Tech to inquire if the issue had been resolved, and they said yes. However, the next day, the tenant of my house called me and said that the problem was still recurring and had not been fixed. I called Air One Tech, but they didn't answer the phone. I left a voicemail hoping they would call me back, but they still haven't. Everyone should be cautious when expecting them to repair your air conditioning unit.
I am always impressed by small companies capabilities to adjust to current market. I am compre it to humans getting fat and lazy. As soon as company grows, it's really hard to ask for anything outside the scope of service. This company proved to be fast , reliable and quite flexible and responsive to custom requests. Recommend!!!
