Having just witnessed the extreme - and completely uncalled for - attitude one of the servicemen just copped with our maintenance man at Clubside in Sabal Point, I wouldn't hire these guys if they were the sole remaining HVAC company in Central Florida. The guy had parked his truck, illegally, in a space that is clearly marked "RESERVED" (and NOT for the unit they were working on) and had AC debris arrayed around both that space and another, adjacent space, also RESERVED (and not for the unit being serviced). This was in addition to another Air1 vehicle already being parked in the space reserved for the unit being serviced. When our maintenance man approached and asked him, very politely, to please move the truck - which meant that the HVAC guy would have to walk MAYBE an extra 50' - the dude immediately adopted a confrontational, completely unprofessional attitude in response. I'm going to share this review with our Board and our property manager at Specialty Management as a deterrent for others who might ever consider using Air1 here. Our exceptionally talented and very decent maintenance man in no way deserved this!
There must be some confusion concerning the only 1-Star review in contrast to the otherwise 100% 5-Star reviews. This individual requested and received a quotation in 2017 but our database shows no record of our ever generating an invoice for any actual work, service, repair, or replacement system. AC companies of similar names often get confused.

Let me start by saying, if you want a company that is HONEST, HUMBLE , POLITE, CLEAN , AFFORDABLE , & EXTREMELY HARD WORKING then THIS IS THE COMPANY TO GO WITH. Our A/C was failing for quite some time(almost 17 years old) and we knew it was time for new ones, so we starting shopping around, we had many companies come out to give us qoutes, but none of them took their time to sit and answer any of our questions expect AIR ONE. The Owner was the one that actually came to our home and sat with me and my husband. My husband is a roofer and is extremely meticulous and expects everything to be outstanding, over the top. well we can say AIR ONE exceeded not only my husbands but our expectations overall, and installed them both in 1 day . I wasn't expecting the house to get so cold less then 3 hours after they finished working, but WE WERE FREEZING by the time we went to bed. My husband and kids were happy cold campers lol. Csaba I can't THANK YOU enough, you and your employees went above and beyond for us, and this momma was happy I had no clean up to do. I HIGHLY recommend Air One Central Florida LLC to anyone who not only needs new ac but for services as well. They WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! Thank you so much to you and your team. Air One provides the quickest AC service I've ever seen. When your AC goes out, there's not much more on your mind....and on several occasions, Air One has sent out a rep within an hour in some cases. Back up and running. Excellent service.
Air-1 consistently services and installs all of my AC requirements for my personal residence and rental properties. I have referred them to numerous friends and business associates with extremely positive feedback. Will continue going to Air-1 for all AC needs.

My daughter’s A/C unit was on the blink. I called Mike and he was at her house within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the unit was beyond repair and he had a new one installed for a very competitive price within 3 days. I highly recommend Mike and Air One of Central Florida for your air conditioning needs. BTW he also services the A/C units at my office with the same attention to detail and responsiveness.
Mike and his team replaced A/C units completely at two properties last year. One built in 1940 produced numerous challenges... along with weather challenges. Lots of issues but all taken car of properly even when multiple visits were required.
