I'll start this review by saying that I'm so very glad I called them when my AC went out on a Saturday. By the time David arrived, by the way he arrived with his luggage still in his truck coming straight from the airport. David jumped right into the issue at hand. He diagnosed the first of the issues very quickly and had the offending part replaced. After the part was replaced another issue was found. David quickly diagnosed this issue as an issue with my generator system. The contactor was defective. He quickly found a new one on his truck and had it replaced. The AC came to life. Now as an engineer and six sigma trained, I can really appreciate his trouble shooting and problem solving ability. Air of Houston has a long term customer at this home.They are my go to AC repair crew. One more thing. Davids wife answers the phone and is so very pleasant. Good People.
We had an unforeseen HVAC problem on a weekend and needed it to be fixed urgently. The operator was able to deploy a technician immediately; the technician arrived promptly. We were impressed with his friendliness and fund of knowledge. The diagnosis was well worth $250. We enthusiastically recommend Air of Houston!
Sandra in the office did her best to keep me informed and to get the technician to come check my units, although they were all very busy because of the high temps. She is a very nice lady. The technician arrived, was very nice, efficient and professional and checked the units thoroughly. He explained everything he saw, everything he fixed. It was overall a great experience.
The technician by the name of Pete was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what he had to do to repair my A/C. The lady Sandra who answered the phone was very helpful and was able to schedule a technician the same day. Thank you Air of Houston!
We have used Air of Houston for many years and service is great
They have very qualified technicians that were able to diagnose the problem (circuit board that had a component “fried” in a lightning storm), do a temporary solution/fix so the A/C would run until a replacement board could be sourced and procured, installed the replacement board and got it working correctly. They didn’t try to sell a modern unit just to make more money. I would recommend them to others.
The Professionalism started with my early morning call to their office. The representative wasn't even at the office yet,told me she Would call back once she got their. And did! Got my information, and would give me a 45min notice the technician was on his way. He arrived within 10 mins of that time(with a good attitude), introduced himself, and got right to work. Explained what he was doing as he went through his evaluation. Showed me the weight of the coolant, put it in,weighed it again to show me. I paid the bill,and he was on to the next.
I’ve used Air of Houston several times and have always received top notch service. When my AC unit started dripping inside the house last week, they treated my call as an emergency and immediately found a technician who could respond. Within an hour the unit was fixed and was back up and running. A wonderful response from a wonderful company!
On a Sunday which was also Father's day I called them up because my A/C would not turn on. David was here in under 20 min and cold air pumping in a hour. I also had a different unit replaced in my house A 5 man crew arived and completed the job fast and did a very professional job at it. They will now do all my rental properties in the future. I highly recommend them.
Air of Houston, came out today, and were great! I explained, what I thought the problem was…we discussed all of my options. It turned out that I was wrong. He replaced a part, and was gone…I’m sitting here enjoying my AC, as I type this…needless to say I highly recommend Air of Houston. Go Astros!
I highly recommend Air of Houston for all of your HVAC needs. Charles is honest, friendly, and professional! Sandra does a great job in handling appointment requests and communicating when a repair technician will arrive. Again, highly recommend.
Wanted A/C serviced to make sure everything was functioning properly before summer kicks in. The tech wasn’t there very long, but said he didn’t see any issues.
We have a very good experience with Air of Houston. The technician who arrived went over all details of what he was going to do. He did a thorough inspection. He also honored the coupon we received. No complaints or problems, would definitely use them again
Incredible service! David was a recommendation from our neighbors. We’ve been jealous of their super quiet units for a couple years now. Then our AC unit from 1997 finally died, and we decided to upgrade the entire thing. David listened to what our needs were and made three different recommendations based on price point. He wasn’t pushy at all! We made the decision and he had the installers scheduled for the next Monday. They worked so quickly and so efficiently! They kept me informed the entire way and gave me a full tour and tutorial of all the work that was done. Even took pictures to show me the places where their work brought everything up to code. 100% would recommend Air of Houston!
Any ac issues they come out quickly and get us up and running again. I wish the AC people my home warranty sends out were as great as this company!
David and his crew member explained our issue to us and fixed it. Helped us with the filters and checked both systems. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable a nd we have a company for life. Highly recommend.

We have used Air of Houston over the past few years to replace aging A/C, furnace and water heater units. We have always found David Bunch and the work crews to be honest, trustworthy and concerned with getting the job done right at a competitive price. Customer service seems to be a priority so we intend to continue using them for future projects as they arise.
They are super friendly and quick. They truly care about their customers.
