Just had my inside and outside AC unit replaced. Joe came out in no time gave me a very fair price and had it installed and working that day. Very very happy and satisfied. Would highly recommend. Thank you Joe
I will never call another AC company. We called Joe after hearing about him from a friend. He came out the same day we called, within 30 minutes of us calling! We ended up having to replace our AC, which we knew we needed to do, we were just getting quotes. After getting three other quotes and thinking this was never going to happen, because of the amount we were going to have to spend and the time line these companies were giving us, Joe came through. He worked with us. Tried to just replace the outside and see if that would get us through until we could afford the inside. But inevitably, they both hsd to be replaced. Joe was respectful, on time, listened to our concerns and really showed us he cared about what we were throwing money into. I have finally found "my AC guy" after searching for a good company for quite some time. We sre so appreciative and thankful for this whole experience.
Joe did a great job replacing our 17-year-old A/C unit. Our old unit was on its way out, and we were looking at either fixing it or replacing our system entirely, all while we were under a stay-at-home order (which would be terrible without having a working A/C). Joe was quick to respond and professional, and had the best prices out of anyone in the area. We’ve had our new A/C unit for a few weeks now and it’s been working great. We highly recommend Joe!
This is a great company. My A/C unit did not work well months ago. it blow out cold air that not cool enough. Other company came here and said it is piston problem. To replace the piston, it needs around $400. I feel too expensive and doubt their diagnosis. I called a friend to ask if they know a good A/C company, they recommended Air-O-Smith Air Conditioning LLC to me. So, I called Air-O-Smith Air Conditioning. They showing up fast, carefully checked lot of things and found the A/C unit needs to add Freon. After added few lbs of Freon, my A/C unit works well. Thanks for the great service.
