They didn’t come as they had promised and we didn’t get a notice. We called them again and they gave us a different time but we got the same results. They never showed up and again we were not notified. They are a poor excuse for a business.
Just don't. Installed a unit too big for the square footage 4 1/2 yrs ago. The heat was never tested and did not work because there wasn't enough power to it. Had to hire an electrician to correct that. Was told it had a 10 year warranty, which I have found is false. Commercial installations are only warrantied for 5 years. I know because the compressor no longer works and Goodman won't warranty it because the unit was never registered. New A/C company is saying that even if I replace the compressor, it is going to happen again, because the unit is too large, we didn't need a 5 ton, there is too much pressure and not enough duct work. Did not go back to Air Now because after all the headaches they caused, I don't want them touching anything and I don't trust them.
Fake and fraud and charge heavily and still not repaired
Had to give a star to make a post! Should take 4 stars away! First of all let me say I’m not normally o e to give good or bad reviews. I have worked with the public for 40 years. As we all know, there are 2 sides to every story. However I am posting this in an effort to save others from this thief! UPDATE Today is Tues. I still haven’t hear from Matthew. This is not for lack of trying yesterday. He has 2 phones but both say text this number so you can’t leave a voice message. He spoke with Terry yesterday and said he guess he have to give my money back, if I won’t work with him. How can you work with someone who won’t answer their phone, text or email? Terry said call him, I just got off the phone with him....of course he didn’t answer. Now pursuing this matter through the courts at a much added expense for Matthew and AirNow! Please take this to heart and think long and hard before you use this company. 7/31/2019 Update Still haven’t heard from Matthew and he hasn’t returned my money. I have been told that I probably won’t get my money back because his wife takes it all. She wears the pants in their house. Perhaps she is part of the reason he was put in jail! I might get some answers if he would just have the backbone to speak or text me. I no longer need his services but I will be my 1100.00 back plus more now that he has refused to answer my calls and texts since May,2019
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! sharing my 2 year experience with this guy Matthew Newman! Why to waste your time, energy, money and peace of mind when you have too many choices out there for AC/heat install and repairs! I installed a TRANE AC unit at my house,even though the Ad says it is hard to stop a TRANE, it stopped working after 3 days. Matt came and replaced the outdoor unit under warranty after few days. I had the duct work came out after few days of install as well which he ignored and took a long time to repair. The AC stopped working again after few months, this guy finally came and replaced the Evaporating coil and outdoor unit. This time he installed a less effecient 14 SEER unit instead of the original 16 SEER unit which I paid for. I learned this when the AC stopped working the third time , the TRANE company ran the Model number and said this guy cheated you by installing a less efficient outdoor unit, on top of that The TRANE rep informed me that it this guy installed a non matching evaporating coil which was probably the reason I had issues back to back. Matt refuse to answer my question as why he installed a less efficient unit when it was replaced under warranty. He was abusive to me over phone using F words when he saw I was calling to complaint for the third time within the warranty period. I highly suspect this individual's qualification and knowledge in installing and maintaining Air condition units. Me and My family went without air condition for several months since the first install due to the back to back AC problem and I still do not have working AC since the evaporating coil is not working since last September, 2018. I paid cash for the install which I saved for the same now now I have to hire someone else to do the job. Why to waste your time, energy, money and peace of mind when you have too many choices out there for AC/heat install and repairs!

This is my second time getting service from them. Very appreciative of their humble work and great prices. My fan and compressor wasn’t working. I called they came in 1 hour and had it fixed less than 1 hour. Mathew the owner, thank you! We installed 3 A/c units inside out , Matthew and his crew were very professional and know what they’re doing also hard working , and the price was unbeatable , we really recommend them and definitely will call them for any A/C needs

Our A/C was not working at all, it was making some buzzing noise. They were right on time even though they had a full night of calls. Very good service, good price. That same night our A/C was on and running. I would recommend them. Thank you for your service.

June 23rd, the 1st 100 degree day. I came home from work and it was hot in the house. The temperature inside was rising. I called Air Now and thank God Matthew was available. He came out, it was an easy fix. He was very knowledgeable and our unit was working great. Thanks Matthew.
