With this extreme heatwave, it is reassuring to know that Air National is available. After the power failure and surge as the power came back on, my trusty ac unit which cools the main living areas, decided that enough was enough and shut down. A quick call to Air National that evening, and the next morning Michael, the superman tech showed up and took care of business! Always prompt, reliable, trustworthy, 5-star service!
nope, problem has occurred again and again and we are repeatedly charged to fix the same thing. worst mistake ever buying an AC unit the company recommended. written 5 years ago in 2017: The company is under new ownership and is doing a better job at handling disputes. We've had chronic issues with our brand new AC and we are hopeful that Air National has finally fixed the problem.
Words are not sufficient!! Just prior to the pandemic Karl bid on a new generator for our home. Despite a year long wait due to supply chain issues with generators and rising costs for both materials and labor, Karl was a true man of integrity and his word by honoring his original quote. HOA rules caused issues and Karl personally was a champion in relocation of the unit and personally insured our satisfaction. I cannot offer a higher recommendation to a business.
Arrived to replace a capacitor on a Saturday. Back up and running in less than 3 hours!

OMG! After 3 other repair companies couldn't offer a good solution to me having purchased a complete HVAC unit less than 3 years ago but unbeknownst to me, they sold me a heat pump which is difficult to get to work with gas heat! I think the company I purchased this from is no longer in business so used companies recommended by the manufacturer. One company simply offered to sell me a $4000 heater that would work! Last year I was taught how to flip 3 switches to get the heater to come back on but if the temp is below freezing, it won't stay on. That gets really old bundling up to go outside to the service panel only to have it run for maybe 10 minutes. Yesterday Air National came 2 hours sooner than expected and THEY FIXED IT! They figured out how to make it switch to gas heat and now the thermostat even has a special "emergency heat mode" setting on it. I am so excited and will definitely recommend them.
I use Karl and his team of professionals for all my A/C and Heating issues. He has replaced air conditioner at my house, repaired issues at my business, installed units at an employees new home and most recently installed new unit at my mothers house. Karl team has always provided professional service, quality work and reasonable prices. I will not hesitate to call Karl for any need in the future. Great work guys.

My AC broke on Saturday and they were able to get me a new unit and get it installed by Tuesday! They were fast, professional, respectful of our yard/and house, and did an amazing job! Highly reccomend! 10/10! Can't take this Texas heat without AC so I'm thankful for their hard work and dedication to making it right for us!

Extreme condescension from multiple employees and price gauging. Horrendous customer service from "Erick" (I think that's his name) and "Pamela". Erick flaunts that he "has the power [in June]" to charge customers a $1500 bill to do a simple replacement of a motor and wheel. Accused me of making "unlicensed alterations" to my furnace. After and during the time I rejected and tried to negotiate that offer, he becomes extremely condescending and belligerent. Very unprofessional behavior. I say this regretfully as a paying customer.
Awesome service called me and came out sooner than expected wouldn't use anyone else.
Had an emergency with my A/C water was coming through my ceiling, called a 5:30 am got a response and they got out to my house that afternoon and fixed my problem right away , the tech Mike was great and was finished in just a couple of hours. Thanks air national.
