What a complete waste of time, bait And switch tactic used. Not much of a subject matter expert.
I've been using Air Murphy for over 20 years for my business and home. Old school work ethic and honest. Responsive and reliable.
When I made an appointment, I was not told by anyone that they charge an estimate fee and the fee is different for weekdays and weekends. I think they did it on purpose. I wanted to make an appointment for Friday, but they didn't have time, so I made an appointment for Saturday. They don't have the parts to repair the air conditioner, need to replace it with a new one. But they need to charge $150 for no repair and didn't do anything. They charge $110 for weekdays. I was annoyed to pay $110 even though no one told me the charge was when I made the appointment.
They came out the same day that I called and took care of my AC problem at a very reasonable price. AC is working better than ever and I highly recommend this company.
I was in N Y when my Florida condo a/c evaporator motor died. The temperature and humidity went extremely high. I called Air Murphy and Tim showed up promptly, evaluated the problem, and ordered the part (it was a old system) and installed the next day! Thank you Tim and Irene for a job well done!!! Power on my thermostat went out and James knew immediately that there was a blockage in the water line that the sensor detected and shut down the AC. He cleared the blockage snd showed me how to do monthly maintenance on the pipe to prevent this from happening again. I used this company prior to clean my AC unit and I highly recommend them.
Our A/C stopped working and Tim from Air Murphy arrived on time, found and fixed the problem in very short order. He explained how the failure happened and what we can do to prevent another similar problem in the future. This company provides the type of service and quality that is in short supply anymore. I heartily recommend them.

I was very pleased with the fact that mr. Murphy came over and gave me a quote for the air conditioning job however he never did follow up with calling back and getting the job
Mr Murphy came to my recuse, weekend rate for call , but I have to have air and when he left air was working

If you need a great excellent Air Conditioning repair crew don't hesitate to call Air Murphy. These guys are the real deal/good/reasonable but most important to anyone living in South Florida they are not (i repeat) NOT A RIP OFF like ALL the rest with who we have worked-and we worked them all! I kid you not we have been in south florida over 10 years and these guys are the most honest people out there that I recommended they do our entire condo at 5100 Dupont-Pleased to say they now do our condo.
Our AC stopped working 2 days before we returned from our international trip. As soon as we got home we were tired and hot. I contacted them and the next day it was fixed. They were punctual and quick to diagnose and repair my system.
What a find! My company was having issues with our a/c freezing. After looking up a few companies, we landed on Air Murphy and thankfully we did! They came out same day (in a timely fashion) and were able to fix our issue efficiently and economically. I will now use them for my business and for home! I'm so glad I found them, and you will be too!

Air murphy is the most honest and trustworthy company I think I've ever met. They moved our air conditioner unit out side and did it perfectly. What is also nice a couple times I've called with questions and they have walked me through the problem which is such a nice gesture. I highly recommend you give them a call.

I get several home-away properties to take car for the owners, plus my main property. Air Murphy are the best to depend on when you need them.
