I HIGHLY recommend James with AirMedix. Not only did he take my call on a holiday weekend (unlike several other companies), but before the weekend was over he had sourced and repaired a major part on our HVAC system. Throughout the process he was kind and so helpful at explaining things to me. Next time something goes wrong, James will be the first person I call!

Wow! So we had a weird electrical issue and the A/C went kaput! I called James based upon the reviews and I received EXCELLENT service. It’s a hot, July SATURDAY afternoon. James came over dropping what he was doing to help us. Unbelievable. We were fixed in under 90 minutes. James, thank you for your dedication to the solution here. I know it wasn’t a simple puzzle to figure out. Thank you for sticking with it.

James helped us out in a pinch! AC went out on Sunday evening before the 4th of July, I called 7 other companies on Monday morning before finding someone to help us the day of. He had a great attitude, communicated well, and he even called multiple places to get the part we needed when the first place he tried was going to charge more than he felt it was worth. Ended up saving us $250 on the part by doing this! Highly recommend Air Medix.

James is timely and courteous and charges fair prices. My furnace was working, but the blower stopped working without a visible cause. James found the wiring that had worked loose, repaired it, and now everything works just fine! I highly recommend him, a hard-working, fair and reasonable person to deal with.

James did a great job of getting out to our house in the middle of an epic freezing episode during the the holdiays of 2022. He was prompt and thorough. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to get our heater working again especially since I am sure every HVAC guy in town was getting swamped with calls. Friendly and professional. I would use this business again for sure.

I called this company on Christmas Eve as the heat has gone out. They were at my house in less than two hours. The part that was needed was going to be a little difficult to get, so the technician was able to provide a temporary fix so that we would have heat on Christmas. This company really seems to care about their consumers.
