I've used Air Maxx for years now. Bought a new HVAC from them a few years back. Phillip, Mike and Amy have been great to work with. They are dependable, honest and I highly recommend them!
Phil has been my primary HVAC guy for the past 15 years. He is always honest, reliable, and takes care of my aging equipment without pushing for the upsell / replacement (Although, I know the time is coming and he will be the one I call).

I’ve used AirMaxx for full system replacements at my own home, pic attached, and also at rentals. Mike and the team do great work at a fair price. Don’t overpay for another company’s commercial spots.
These guys are the best in Charlotte. I’ve tried 4-5 different HVAC companies over the years but Air Maxx are miles better than anybody else. I’ve used them twice now, once for a repair, and once for a whole new system install. They always respond to service calls promptly, tell you exactly when they’ll be there and show up at exactly that time. The owners, Mike and Phil, are really good people and are happy to talk through your questions at length. Super professional and are excellent at what they do. Very fair pricing too.
Air Maxx of Charlotte Inc. people are great. They came by and repaired the cracked line for my freon on my central air unit within 2 days of me calling. The 2 gentleman that came by were very experienced, nice and professional. They also cleaned my unit, which was very nice of them. They price nicely. Thank you very much.
My AC went in August heat and after calling Air Maxx of Charlotte they were able to come right away. 10//10 recommend to a friend and family. Mike the owner made sure everything functioned and our air was cool! Definitely using them again!

This company is the real deal! This is how customers should be treated! The gal on the phone was so responsive and helpful and when Mike came to my house he showed me what was wrong with my AC unit. He totally explained it to me and got my unit back in perfect condition! I will definitely call AirMaxx again! Highly recommend!!
Mike came by to fix our AC- years ago (sorry it’s taken me so long to leave a review- I lost the card & forgot the name! My memory was jogged today when I saw the work truck in traffic today!) My husband & I we’re so pleased with Mike- he arrived in under 20 minutes to our home after we called! He assessed the problem immediately & had us relaxing in cold air in no time!! Professional, trustworthy, efficient, Extremely Prompt... A++! Our AC is still working like a champ- years later... fingers crossed it has many more years- it’s pretty old already... but we know who to call when we need it fixed!! Thanks so much, Mike!!
