Been trying to get a call back for 2 weeks to schedule service on a service contract I prepaid. Found out they are out of business. Last reviewer said new owners are great. What new owners? I talked to a competitor and they said there is no new owner. If there is one, they don’t return calls. It’s a shame. They were a great company.
Been doing business with Air Man for 10 years. The new owners are doing a great job. Great customer service. After talking with the new owners I have decided to continue my maintenance through them. No hassle at all on transitioning. Just pay there fees and have received fantastic service. Thank you again for taking care of my family.
Update: I called last week (Nov 2022) o set up a fall check up. Was told that Air Man was out of business, that they had filed bankruptcy and the owner had cancer. The call had been forwarded to another company in the area. I asked if they took over Air Man's contracts and he said no. He said if I had a maintenance contract, it was no good and nothing I can do since he filed bankruptcy. So the owner of Air Man came a year ago to my house and insisted I buy a 5 year maintenance contract at a discounted rate. After much discussion, I paid him for 5 years. Thank you Air Man, for screwing over a retired 68 yr old woman who has illnesses as well. I could have replaced my 20 plus yr old couch with that money. Another report I received from a previous employee said the owner did not have cancer, but a heart condition and he was recovering well. 2/18/23 Dear Vince, I am sorry to hear about your illness. Prayers for full recovery. But a business that had integrity would have reached out to customers who had PREPAID a five yr maintenance contract and offered a refund or arranged coverage by another company. If Walmart went out of business, I would not be concerned because I have not paid them $1500 for a five yr contract.

Air man Air Conditioning was Incredibly responsive, professional with excellent communication through the new install of our new Trane unit. Oscar and Austin’ work ethics were unbelievable in getting the job done in the allotted time frame to work with my schedule. We used others in the past such as Conway and Best Care for service but nothing compares to the service Air Man provided. Fastest service in town. Called at 7pm on a Sunday and Jonathan was out an hour later to save the day. Got my 15 year old Goodman air unit up and running in 20 minutes. Great professional service . WILL USE AGAIN!!

Called Air Man this am and within the hour Johnathan was here fixing our A/C. The unit wasn't cooling in our balmy southern weather and found out the capacitor was shot and the unit needed a little more freon. I was extremely impressed with the fast and efficient service as it seems nothing in the south is fast or efficient. Definitely will use Air Man for future needs. Lori
I used Air Man AC for several maintenance and repair services over the years. My 13 year old condensing unit needed to be replaced. I worked with Billy and Oscar who were very professional. They tried everything to keep my old unit alive and did an excellent job replacing it with a new Trane unit. Air Man and its employees are very reliable, trustworthy, and best in class when it comes to your AC needs. I highly recommend this company and I'm looking forward to doing business with them again. These guys are amazing and literally came to our rescue! Not only are they affordable, they are fast! I scheduled an appointment online and within 20 minutes I’d gotten a call and an hour later (maybe even less) they were on the way! I wish they were my first option, would have saved us a couple of hot nights!
OMG!!!! Best service ever!!! Jonathan was extremely polite, well manner and very professional. I’ve used the company several times and each time excellent service. My hat is off to the owner of this company because it’s difficult to find good service in Desoto County without given up your first born. I’m more than grateful 🙏👌🏾.
Have been using Air Man for about 10 years & these guys show up when they say are, Experienced & polite crew. Have bought two ac units from them & they will be my guys in the future.
We’ve used Airman twice now for our new units and both times they’ve been exceptional, the owner Vince is always friendly, plus he will text you back asap to answer all your questions. His repair guys took care of the issues and did everything to try to save our old unit but unfortunately we needed a whole new A/C unit. Billy & Poncho installed it with no issues and with very professional attitudes. I will call Vince, if any other issues arise with my HVAC needs. Thanks again for the wonderful service as always!!

Stop looking around and just call them. In my opinion they are the best in the area. They are professional, friendly, and do great work. I called with a problem and they were there that day. I am so happy to have finally found an AC company that I can trust. I don’t normally do reviews, but I just had to do one this time because I was so impressed.
My first impression of Air man Air conditioning was positive since they said they could come look at my broken air conditioner at no charge. They also went on and on about how they would never sell me anything I didn’t need and how their business is founded on integrity. When they came out I asked them to see if my unit had a leak since it seemed low on refrigerant and would not cool. They spent about 20 minutes outside and maybe 10 minutes in the attic and told me that whole air conditioning system had to be replaced, somewhere north of $12,000. I asked if they found the leak and he told me that he did and that he would show it to me once he removed the old system. I decided to look at the AC system myself later that day when I got home. The location he told me had the leak was the evaporator coil which is tucked away inside the air handler unit in the attic. The only way to look at the coil would have been to take the panels off the AC system and it was apparent that the had never been done (still sealed with original silicone and dust). Although they claim to have integrity, they will lie to your face to profit off of you. I feel bad for all the people seeing these 5 star reviews and talking to their staff thinking they are getting a good deal... I got my AC repaired for a couple hundred bucks from a competitor and have no issues. Maybe if I wanted to replace my whole AC system I would have considered their quote but I dont deal with dishonest people. Please be warned and do your research. There are a lot of AC repair people in this town that do operate with integrity and respect for their customers.
Excellent and timely service. Scheduling is easy and no fuss. This company really goes the extra mile for it's customers. They'll treat you like family. I'm glad that I chose their company for installation and service. Update: Unit had an issue after six years and Air Man did exactly what they promised and got my unit back up and running ASAP. I'm still very happy with the service they provide, six years in!
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Vince came out the same day I called. He had to order a part to fix our air conditioner. The part came in on Friday afternoon and Vince was at our house Saturday morning. I should also mention that it is Labor Day Weekend. If you want someone that is professional and extremely knowledgeable to work on or install your unit, you need to call Air Man Air Conditioning. Again I cannot say enough good things about this company and man who puts his heart into his work. Thank you Vince!!
Wonderful service. 10/10 would recommend. Air Man came through and helped us during the hottest part of the summer! He went above and beyond what he had to do to ensure that we could be comfortable and cool while the heat index outside is over 100 degrees. Give them a call!
