I recently purchased a new home and Air Magician did all the HVAC work thru the builder. Unfortunately, I had some issues with my AC over the course of 9 months, however Air Magician repaired it no questions asked. They stand by their work which is uncommon in this day and age, everyone wants to pint the finger at the other person/company, not Air Magician they want to fix the issue. I have not had a more professional, enjoyable experience with a HVAC company, these guys are the best, extremely friendly, they go above and beyond, an example, my AC went out Memorial Day weekend and I had a Navy vet come to my home at 8am on a Sunday before he was being honored in a parade for his service to fix my AC because it was going to be 90+ the next couple of days and this work ethic and reliability is from the owner on down. When they tell you they will get it fixed, they get it fixed, even when it is not their problem but another contractors problem they assisted. I would be remised if I did not mention the Office Manager Beth because she was absolutely a delight to deal with again very professional and what she told me was going to happen is exactly what happened. I wish I could give 100 stars because that is what they are worth
What a rude person! I called him to ask about the services he provides and it was very noisy around him. I nicely asked him to repeat what he said and started yelling "are you not listening?" What a great way to do business. Call him if you want to be yelled at

This company is horrible. I just purchased a home 4 months and they installed the entire heating and cooling system. Everything was wired incorrectly. I wound up running my ac and my aux heat at the same time. My peco bill was $650 a month. The faulty wiring burned out my defrost controls on my heat pump and they refused to warranty any of the work. It cost thousands to repair. This guy’s a hack!! Horrible experience.

Nobody is happy when their hvac system goes out. John is quick to respond and makes everything so easy. He always has the best quotes and his hours are flexible. I wont go anywhere else after using him, its that simple.
