Air conditioning unit stopped working late Saturday night. Jay got back to us within an hour and had Louie here this morning. Air conditioner is already up and running! Super fast professional service for a great price!
Excellent prompt service...Highly recommend this company...My AC broke and I had a few other companies insisting I replace the whole unit , Air Magic definitely magically fixed my unit and saved me thousands of dollars
The owner was responsive and made a commitment on Saturday that his tech Louie would be here first thing Monday morning. Louie call early Monday to confirm, showed up on time, explained what the fridge needed, had the parts on his truck and was done with the repairs in no time at all. Very curious and professional. I highly recommend Air Magic for all your heating and cooling needs.
He came out to look at our ac unit. He was very nice, came right out, and seemed knowledgeable about the issue. However I was extremely disappointed with the surprise charges. I asked what the cost was to come out and he told me $99.95, and if any labor was done it would be additional. Instead of asking me first, he went ahead with doing labor without me knowing and then told me about it afterwards - an additional $150, so now he says the cost is $250. I was surprised, but said ok since he did do some labor and said he found the issue. Then I get the invoice and there are more charges. $5 gas surcharge (even though I paid him to come out and this was never mentioned - even though I asked about cost) plus tax. So $270 total, when I was originally told $99.95, and then was told $250. Why aren't these charges mentioned up front, especially when the customer asks? Again he seemed like a nice guy, but I wasn't comfortable moving forward after that so I went with someone else.
Great owner but doesn't fix high end appliances. Call for mid grade appliance only.

COVID-19 and an urgent repair lead us to this unscrupulous company. Price gouged and inferior products installed other than stated, coupled with the owner’s unwillingness to resolve the issue accentuated how dishonest this company is.
Made a call Monday evening about an air conditioning issue and the technician was at my house within the prescribed window on Tuesday. In addition, the technician let me know when he was 20 minutes away and promptly competed the repairs as well as providing guidance on another ventilation issue. Have used this Firm twice and would highly recommend them.
I’ve used Air Magic three times now, twice for two of my own projects and once at my grandmother’s house and they’ve never let me down. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They always go the extra mile and for that I’m grateful. Thanks again!
He did good job but charged a lot of money. $230 for 20 minutes work for a stove ignition . The part cost only $30. Too much. Will not call him again.
Good guy ,takes care of my Rental’s . He’s polite , timely and his prices are good. He’s been useful even when something’s not worth repairing in advising me on what to not get .
Jay did an amazing job for us. He was adding baseboard heating and even bought a space heater with him for my wife, in case she was cold while they were working. Top notch work and an all around stand up guy! I highly recommend this business. Quality work and amazing customer service!!

I called Jay for an emergency dryer fix in my rental property. He was so friendly and was able to come over that same day! He fixed my dryer on the spot and even sent me pictures so I can see since I live out of state. He even fixed the garbage disposal at no charge. My tenant couldn’t say enough nice things about him and how lovely he was! Thank you again Jay and I will be calling you again for any of my future needs.
Jay and his team are about as stand-up as any business professional can be. We have used them to service our washer/dryer, refrigerator, and HVAC system on numerous occasions among our businesses (restaurants and salon) and residence. Each time, they have been thorough, professional and knowledgeable. They are always responsive- Jay has even helped me shop for appliances, answering all my questions, even if it didn’t benefit him in any way. During a recent AC repair visit a brand new but faulty part was installed. Jay went out of his way to pick a more expensive part (at no expense to me), hours away and came back the same day to replace it. Above and beyond! I couldn’t imagine anyone having a bad experience with this company. Look no further for all of your HVAC and appliance needs!
We were charged $320 for one hour of labor and a $10 part. The refrigerator worked for about a month and then it broke again. Upon calling to have them come back out and check what was wrong I was informed we'd have to pay another service visit charge because we were 2 days past 30 days of the original repair. They did not honor the original repair work. When I suggested that it would be cheaper to just go buy a new refrigerator rather than keep paying to fix the one we have, I got a very angry set of replies suggesting that servicing our fridge that is over 10 years old is better than buying a new one. I was told flat out that we'd have more problems with a brand new fridge vs the one that was falling apart?! Stay away from these guys.
They were very professional, same day service and when they left it was like they were never here. The work area was spotless. I will use air magic for all my heating air conditioning and appliance services.
