They did an amzing job fixing my A/C. They were polite and respectful. I've had 3 other companies try to fix it unsuccessfully and Airlink was able to diagnose the problem, order the part, and fix it in 1 week! They were amazing and we will definitely call them with any other A/C needs!
Installation is professional and clean. Unfortunately, the price hick is outrageous. Sold me a $120 WiFi controller for $320. Which he never came back to install or get it to work with my new unit as promised. Requested a refund and provided false promises on 3 separate times. It’s almost 2 months and no refund. He did call me back 1 time with an attitude as if I was the one at fault for his unprofessional response. Work is good but his way of doing business is bad.
Leon is amazing! He previously fixed our heater, was a complete professional and it didn't cost a small fortune. His company was the only call I needed to make when our heater went out again. He had a complete install that Saturday but said he would come over after. WHAT?? Same day service? True to his word, Leon called me at 6:00 pm. It was an easy fix for him and we had heat 10 minutes later. Thank you Leon for being an awesome person.

Two months ago, I got a new A/C and furnace system installed. I called Leo to him what was going on as well as sending pictures of what the thermostat was reading. As I progressed to explaining the issue I was experiencing, he responded in a rude and negative way in addition with some curse words which should be totally unacceptable and unprofessional. To "solve the problem" he simply said he would send someone when they have the time, no apologies or in no rush to come out and fix it. I then called Senior Leo and all he said was he would send someone out but it has been two weeks since then and I have not gotten a call back or anyone to come out and fix the problem with the A/C and still waiting..so disappointed with their service.
UPDATE:: Had to change from 5 to 1 because the problem returned and is now worse. Walk-in cooler quit working completely. They won’t return calls and have poor customer service. Now have to spend more money to fix the problem they caused and fix the original problem. Do not recommend. Prompt customer service and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Was able to fix the problem less than quoted. Happily satisfied
