HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They came out very quickly. They kept me posted with text messages and emails, letting me know updates. David our tech answered all my random questions and talked us through what our AC unit was going through.
They installed a new AC unit, condenser & all new duct work. They were on time & finished in one day

Very knowledgeable, Experienced, Courteous, Went above and beyond for us. Bailey and his crew did an amazing job despite the HEAT in our attic. My kiddos are no longer in the heat and they are also breathing in CLEAN Purified air as we also purchased an air purifier that was installed with our system a definite plus for a family with medical needs. I cant say enough good things about Air Houston Mechanical. Bailey and team has changed out entire AC systems for me, as well as perform AC repairs. Each encounter has been a favorable experience. This company is awesome. Installed brand new HVAC unit and duct work. All workers were polite and professional plus very knowledgeable at what they were doing. I had an issue about 2 weeks later and they came out the next day. They figured out the issue and promptly addressed and fixed it to my satisfaction. Bailey T is a great team leader and knows how to take care of the customer. Highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs!!!! If there were 10 stars I would rate them there!!

Bailey did an excellent job. He diagnosed and corrected my problem quickly, and explained what he was doing each step of the way. I appreciated this young man's efforts, and he was one of the most polite techs I have dealt with. I would definitely use Air Houston in the future !

I contacted Jason after another AC company (one you see on TV commercials A LOT) came after I called for an AC tune up. Their tech noticed that my AC wasn't performing optimally but failed to finish the tune up. I saw he went into his van when he was going to the outside unit. He left me a PDF showing a circuit board I would need --$3500. When Jason arrived, he was honest and pointed out where my AC (upstairs unit) was having issues and we came up with a plan. He was able to replace both circuit boards at a lower cost to me AND came back when the AC failed to turn back on after cooling the house. He found the issue and fixed it quickly and our AC is now performing very well! Thanks to him/his company for their honest, hard work and dedication!

I highly recommend this company. I have worked with them for at least 7 yrs and am happy will their professionalism and honesty. They will not sell you any unnecessary products or service. Scheduling with them is usually simple and easy. You will not find a better company for your cooling or heating needs.
Chris, Jason, and the employees here are awesome. They did a complete A/C replacement with duct work ect. and saved me money. Professional employees that talk to you like family. Highly recommend them for all your A/C needs
