Laureano and his crew redid our entire crawlspace, insulation, vapor barrier, and HVAC ductwork. I can't say enough about the quality of the work these gentlemen did for us. they were on time and on budget and the job looks amazing. Thanks for a great experience
Cruz and his team did a complete replacement of our vapor barrier and insulation in the crawl space after the previous owner allowed a rat infestation to destroy them. The team made our under house vents impenetrable by rodents then cleaned out the mess and made it all brand new. We've owned homes for more than 30 years. Cruz is the best contractor we've ever worked with. On time, on budget, concerned for us, not just to get the money and go. There was a plumbing leak they found and they worked around it, waited for us to get the leak fixed then came right back in and finished the job. They were awesome!
I would highly recommend this company Cruz the main guy was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. All is workers did an excellent job. Very satisfied with the job.
Air Filter Exchange LLC did a fabulous job on our crawl space and heating vents. As a realtor for 23 years it's always difficult to find prompt, knowledgeable and professional workers for heating, air conditioning and crawl spaces. This company surpassed all of the ones I'd used in the past and I recommend them highly.
The work they did was extremely neat, detailed, and fast. I searched for a long time for someone to renew the ducts in my crawl space, they are the only ones who acted professionally, did not lie or add unnecessary work. I recommend them as trustworthy and professional in their field.
I hired AFX to repair ductwork and vents in my crawlspace after a raccoon tore everything apart and made themselves at home. Since I had to turn my heat off, AFX made the effort to estimate and make the repairs as soon as possible. The work was complete before another company could even come do an estimate. AFX had to replace the vapor barrier as well due to contamination, and installed a french drain with sump pump to take care of the water problem I didn't even know was happening. The crew was timely, professional, and very kind during the whole process. I absolutely recommend AFX and I wouldn't hesitate to rehire them again myself.
Our ductwork was gone from the wildlife living underneath. A/c and heat pumped under the house. The smell was beyond explanation. Was toxic. Immediately, after replacing ductwork and vapor barrier, the smell was GONE. We have our home again. A BIG thank you to Cruz and his crew. Best of the best.
Cruz did an excellent job of cleaning out and replacing the vapor barrier in our Crawlspace. Very communicative. Definitely goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of. Cruz kept me in the loop throughout the entire Crawlspace project which was really helpful. Great value for the service provided. I have already recommended him to a friend.

Cruz was the contact person and he was very easy to deal with by phone, email or text. He included a set of before and after photos of their work. He explained the process and split the bid into parts that were more affordable. The crew was on time and friendly and consistently hard working. My neighbor had recommended them and this was a good referral.
Mr. Cruz and his crew were very professional, They were on time, very courteous and respectful. They tore out our old vapor barrier in the crawl space, sealed all entry points to keep out rodents, Replaced with new vapor barrier, wrapped our air ducts with tape and new insulation. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
We used Air Filter Exchange at both our Mountain home and primary residence. We had rat superhighways under both homes. They removed the vapor barrier and all of the rat chewed insulation and ducts. Next they completed exclusion work to ensure pests could not get under either home by bolting in double layers of heavy guage steel mesh. In addition ,at the mountain house they excavated a tunnel that ran under our foundation and filled the hole with concrete. Then they installed a new vapor barrier and new duct work. Cruz took many photos before and after to show us exactly what needed to be done and each location where exclusion work had been completed. In our primary residence they insulated our floor which was always shockingly cold and we noticed an immediate difference the next day. They were easy to communicate with, always prompt, and did an excellent job making sure the dirt from under our home did not spread thru the house. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and would highly recommend them.
