Shoutout to Bill for coming out late on a Sunday to help us out with our AC unit. Thorough and prompt service.
Bill did an AMAZING job coming over and getting my AC taken care of, it ended up being a plumbing issue and he was kind enough to not charge me full price. He also went ahead and checked the outside unit and made sure it was cleaned and ready to go. I am so appreciative of his kindness and hard work!
I called Bill and he told me something to check and it worked! Saved me from having to set up an inspection before leaving town. I’ve used Bill before and he’s a pro, honest and friendly. Highly recommend!
When you have an emergency you expect to be able to trust people who can come out to give you some honest feedback, especially if you see a 4.8 star review. Well I hate to say that is not the case, and you will not get that. The Owner and a worker showed up albeit late, as the temps in a house full of guest with temperatures rising to 85+ degrees. They walked back to look at the unit and literally spent less than 5 minutes, then stated it needed to replace the unit and to spend with them nearly $4500 because it was unreaparable, that even though it was only a few years old it could not be fixed. That the condenser was damaged the coolant lines damaged and thus it could never be fixed, because to attempt to fix it for the $3500 wasn’t really going to work. Can’t tell the shear audacity that these men had coming into the space smoking, and then lying about repairs, to find out after having another service out today from a trusted repair company today, that was not only able to fix the unit, but was not nearly as catastrophic as was led to believe. I would not after this experience, and the uneasy feeling while they were there recommend this company to anyone, unless you are willing to be fleeced out of your hard earned money.
Disturbingly two-faced. May seem nice, but when they turn on you, it's bad & very very rude. Dealing with them is like holding a lit firecracker. It may look pretty, until it goes off.

When you're in an emergency you want to be able to rely on the ones that are expected to help you out. At an event and an emergency took place. Never a good feeling. We were able to get a hold of this company and thought that's amazing and felt relief. And then they showed up. Not only were they unprofessional they took no pride in their profession to actually inspect what is wrong. Instead they took less time than a microwave pizza to look at it and then stated it needs to be replaced and not even repairable. They came off in such a bad way that it was really disheartening. Had to call for a second opinion and discovered that it was in fact repairable. I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants honest work completed.
I had this company out to my house for an evening call. They barely spent 5 minutes looking at the unit outside and stated that the condenser was damaged and the entire unit needed to be replaced. They didn’t even inspect the unit properly. I had my regular HVAC guy out today and he was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost that this company quoted. It was a minor fix that consisted of minor welding on one of the lines. Also the price/size of unit They quoted me a price for was nowhere near the size of the current unit and would not have cooled the house. Then charged $100 for doing absolutely nothing. Beware before you do business with this company!!
Mr.Bill was prompt, reasonable and professional. He fixed my AC in like 15 min. I would recommend him to other's. He came out around 10 on Sunday night.
Bill came out after 8pm on a Sunday to get our AC back up and running. He did a great job and had us back in business in about an hour. Thanks for the prompt service, even after hours!
Our AC stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Bill came over that evening and had it fixed in no time. Great service! Highly recommended!

I called Bill at 830pm and he came out at 930pm and had my HVAC unit fixed by 10pm. This was a lifesaver for my busy house and life. Definitely using these guys again. Never looking elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about Air Factory Heating & Cooling. I called this morning and they squeezed me into their schedule at the end of the day. My regular HVAC company who performs semi-annual service on my units had said I needed a whole new system. And because my system is R-22, I would also have to get the inside switched over to match to new condenser. Jeff and Bill came out and it took just minutes for them to realize that all I needed for now was the new capacitor. I know my A/C won't last too much longer, but it is working for now! I would recommend Air Factory Heating & Cooling to anyone needing HVAC work. They are professional, honest, competent, and very responsive. Thank you Bill and Jeff!
