Rick was so knowledgeable and pleasure to meet! We called about having our A/C replaced due to severe flooding with hurricane Ian. He not only came out to assess our home for the quote but also did a minor repair to keep the existing system running until we could get the new one installed! Rick was a life saver - well, at least my well being saver! I have an old (as in really old) propane furnace that needed help. Rick was able to immediately diagnose the problem and supply a solution. Because the system is so old, one of the pieces that holds everything where they are supposed to stay broke apart. Thankfully, Rick was able to create a workaround that resulted in my furnace continuing to work as it should (and avoided me having to get an entirely new furnace!). If you want someone who knows what he is doing to work on your home's systems, the give Rick a call and have him save your well being, too!
okay so I'm not one to write reviews but this is worth all the time it'll take! I would first like to start with how professional Richard is! Not only did he install my air conditioner that I bought after market on Facebook market place but he also helped me move my couch from the garage to the basement, what a guy! not to mention he drives that totally swag Tiffany blue truck. Over all good guy with decent hair I would recommend Richard to anyone who likes cool air!
Rick installed a air scrubber in our system. Our house is constantly dusty & also concern with viruses. I had this unit in my old house and I was very happy with it. I also very Happy meeting Rick. He was honest an upfront about cost & effectiveness of product. I highly recommend him especially if you want to work with such a honest person. By the way he not only does Heating & Air. He is also a license builder. Need a addition on the house think about calling him.

Great company! Rick is certainly passionate about his industry and helping people. In fact, he was kind enough to give us a few suggestions and tips to try ourselves. After our attempts at trying to fix the issue ourselves were unsuccessful, Rick came out and fixed our AC in no time! He was thorough and explained everything he did and why it was necessary.

I would definitely refer Air Express to family and friends! After using five different highly rated air conditioning businesses in the Ft. Myers area, who were all unsuccessful at fixing the problem, thank goodness I came across Air Express. The other businesses not only charged me high fees, every one of them told me I needed to purchase a new unit immediately. Air Express promptly arrived, quickly figured things out, and fixed the problem. Everyone who is part of their team is very professional, friendly, respectful, and above all, honest. It's nice to know there is a company out there you can trust!
So happy with my new Airtemp AC unit and ductwork. Finally my house is a nice crisp, cool temperature in every single room. I love it. Emilio at Air Express was great and explained everything in as much detail as I wanted along the way. Great install team, reliable, very happy with their service and the end result. Would definitely recommend. Will be hiring them for all my maintenance going forward.
