Rick and Julian installed a new Gree whole house heat pump last November. The system works beautifully and since we’re on solar, a large portion of our usage is offset by the system’s production. One unexpected glitch, because our neighbors have solar too, our voltage started spiking after the installation and the system shut down to protect itself. They never let me down through the process of identifying the problem. Once the power company fixed the problem, they were back asap to set things straight. They are very professional and do the right thing. Highly recommended!
Rick and his crew are awesome! Rick was very responsive and gave great advice when we were inquiring about mini splits. The electricians were here within a matter of days to do the wiring, and the installers came a few days later. They were very knowledgeable, and neat! They installed, tested, and gave instructions. They are aces in my book.
The company is very responsive to communication. The timing in which the job could be finished was much quicker than others. Crew was efficient and finished the job in one day. They did all the paperwork for us for the rebate! I would recommend!
My wife and I selected Air experts to replace our out of commission oil furnace in the winter of 2021. Overall we were pleased with the work and would recommend air experts as a very good local HVAC installer. We had a somewhat complex system placed in, they were able to remove an old furnace, install a dual fuel unit, heat pump, intake and exhaust pipes, electrical, fuel lines, and thermostat and have it running in just 6 days. strengths; polite workers, the head of the company Rick is extremely helpful and responsive, there was an issue with a cut electric cable that their electrician came right out and fixed, the unit works really well, they even installed an extra air duct for us so the system that was designed for more square footage would actually pump heat to all sides of the basement. areas to grow; clean up - would like to see a thorough clean up of debris, particularly metal shards that can be hazardous if left around some kind of expectation sheet like "what to expect on the day of/during install" just regarding little things like breakers being turned off, fumes created from removing the furnace and oil lines (typical but we didn't know and we have animals so we were concerned about that) wrap up - the dry wall patch installed to cover the hole made in order to install the fuel line was rushed, didn't cure properly and not sanded very well.
Air Experts Inc was very professional and efficient. They did a wonderful job installing heating/cooling mini-splits in my home. They were very intentional about installing units in areas that would best cool/heat my home. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend their services.

Air Experts was excellent. My family and I bought a 3500 sq. foot house that was run on electric baseboard heat. The electric bill was $1200/month the year before we moved in. Rick, the owner, came and walked me through the mass save 0% interest loan and explained why mini-splits were my best option. We installed 6 units. We use them for heating and cooling. We have cut the electric bill down to under $200 a month. That is our only utility. We have saved over $1000 a month since we installed and have already saved more than the splits cost. Between the pellet stove, the solar panels and the splits we have a negative carbon footprint and are saving a ton of money. Go with Air Experts. They were excellent and took care of everything.

Air Experts is one of the best companies I have dealt with in some time. Rick Peterson was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and we used them for installing a new boiler and a ductless air conditioning system. They had the best prices of anyone and Rick handled all of the rebate paperwork. The crew was great. They were friendly, efficient, punctual and cleaned up everything nicely. Julian showed us how to operate the system and was a pleasure to have around. They were also back again recently to relocate an outside unit because of a proposed porch addition and did a great job. I would strongly recommend hiring them.
Rick was fantastic to work with! Helped us get great rebates and flexible around my schedule for installation. Put mini-splits through the house and the crew was great. Cleaned up after the work and left the house spotless!
Fantastic experience with Air Experts. They installed both a mini-split and whole house air conditioning unit, both have performed flawlessly. Rick made us aware of multiple rebates, processed all of the required paperwork, and saved us a substantial amount of money. His team are knowledgeable, professional, clean and answered all of our questions. As homeowners for 20 plus years we know how difficult it is to find good contractors, Air Experts is exceptional. We look forward to a new furnace this fall and having Rick and his team service all of our HVAC appliances going forward. Great job guys!
Great company they installed the ductless air conditioning units very quickly and efficiently very nice people.
Update: Of course the gentlemen should get paid but $60 for lesst than 10 minutes seems excessive to me and trying to make me feel better I assume by saying it would have been more didn't help. Just like he has to get paid I have to make sure I spend my money wisely. I should have checked with the dispatch on the cost of the visit that is on me. I blindly followed the review which made you guys sound reasonable and is why I felt I had to share my experience. I do appreciate the response and hopefully you can see my side of things. Picked them based on the review since my normal AC guy is on vacation. After less than 10 minutes the issue was the emergency switch was turned off silly me. Literally just had to flip a switch. Was charged $60 that would have normally been $100 according to the gentleman. Would not use again or recommend based on those prices.
