I'd hate to write negative reviews, but if you want to get the air ducts in your house cleaned I don't recommend Air Ducts USA - Salvador Ramey. I found this guy on a local FB page, and he would fb message me routinely to ask if I was ready to schedule my air ducts to be cleaned. When I finally did I was relieved at first since we discovered mold, but on the 2nd cleaning (where they actually clean out the dust) the technician didn't seal any of the air ducts so dust and pieces of crud went EVERYWHERE! He also walked around our house with the spinning vent cleaner going as he went from vent to vent. He also spray painted the vents inside the house so it smelled like paint and spray paint landed on some of our bathroom appliances. When I complained to Salvador Ramey his usual quick response to my messages stopped. I have given him 2 days to respond, but nothing. Next time I'll go with Stanley Steamers or some other company.
Air Ducts USA came out to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. The technician was prompt, professional, and very nice. After the service, we noticed an immediate difference in the air quality in our home. Our daughter is asthmatic, and for the first night in months, she did not have an asthma attack in the night. It made a huge difference for our family and we will have this company back again.
Mr Azar and his crew were very professional and cleaned up the work area after the work was complete. There was a huge difference in the volume of Cool Air coming through the ducts. It lowered my utility bill significantly. Pat F.
