Had the capacitor fail on my AC. Called and scheduled a service call to have it installed. Quick, fast and efficient. Service completed in less than 20 minutes. From the dispatcher to the service tech, everything in between was conducted in a courteous and professional manner. Highly recommend Air Duct Doc LLC Services. I will definitely use them in the future.

I am unfortunately terrible with names and do not remember the tech's name that came out, but he was wonderful! He was very prompt, polite, did a wonderful job cleaning our dryer duct, and took the time to answer a few questions I had. Also, the appointment making process was very easy. They answered my first call at 7:30pm on a weeknight, and got me an appointment within the same week. Thank you for the great service!
I purchased a Groupon for Duct cleaning, AC inspection, dryer vent inspection and a furnace inspection. I saw that this company had great reviews so I was hopeful! The tech came out and said he would need to clean my furnace or the inspection would be pointless and I should reschedule for a time when I had the money for a cleaning. I said to go ahead and clean the furnace for an extra $175. He cleaned my furnace and said it was working just fine, he also cleaned the vents but didn't even look at my AC unit or dryer vent. I was just going to let it go, no big deal at least the vents were clean which is what I was originally looking for. 6 days later, turning on my furnace for the first time and my furnace is blowing out cold air. I called them back and they sent a different guy out and he ended up replacing the sensor. I was very thankful that he was able to come out so quickly and get it fixed quickly as well. He left then I got a message from the owner or someone else with the company wanting to charge me for the service. I told him that due to all of the above, I am not paying for that service because the sensor going bad should have been discovered when it was inspected 6 days ago. The other guy very rudely told me that they are not Nostradamus and they can't predict what will break in the future. Anyway, the text messages, not even phone call but text messages went back and fourth. I try not to ever give negative reviews but this guy was very rude and unprofessional. Maybe it was just a one off for this company but I wanted to share my experience.
Air Duct Doc is a phenomenal company. I called around to several places that do dryer vent cleaning, and this place had the best reviews and the most reasonable prices. Also, when I told Paul on the phone that our dryer was not working (a tech had already told us the problem was a clogged vent), he found a space for a technician to come out to our house the very next day. Erik arrived exactly on time, exactly as agreed, and he worked nonstop for three hours to clear out both the dryer vent and the air ducts. It was amazing to see how much fur and lint he pulled out. When a problem arose later, Paul immediately sent out Eric and then another technician to fix the problem, even though it was 7 o’clock on a Friday night. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, prompt, and conscientious. We plan to use them in the near future to clean out our AC and furnace units. I trust them entirely to do good work.

Holy moly these guys are great. I purchased my home a few years ago & paid for a cleanout during that process but apparently it was never actually done which I found out through these guys. Unbeknown to me my vents were so bad that some weren’t blowing heat at all. After 4 grueling hours my vents and furnace are now spic n span & wowzers my home is on fire! So happy with the service & price was great.
Erik showed up on time and went about his work professionally and efficiently. We noticed the difference in air quality right away and glad we had it done. Price was reasonable and I would use them again.
These guys are awesome, we had an unusual system and the tech had to work a lot more to get our ducts clean, our ducts were in pretty bad shape after years of cats and dust, the cleaning was very thorough and the response time was quick. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. Very impressed, great service, I highly recommend them!
