After having this company replace the duct work under my house, many of the ducts fell off the boots(which were not replaced) and the ductwork was not installed correctly if it’s falling off multiple boots. my ac bill is over 350$ every month for a 920sqft house ridiculous I’ve called and called they’ve made me numerous promises they would come and fix the problem. never happened I highly suggest to keep looking and find someone more reputable This company does not stand behind their work and will gaslight you if you ask them to rectify their mistakes To spend so much money to only end up owing even more money in electric bills and having to spend more money for a reputable company to fix it
Our heat started to fail on 12/24/22 and our HVAC company did not answer their phone. A neighbor recommended Darren and he came over 3 hours later. He figured-out the problem and charged us a very fair rate. He definitely has us as customers.
If you want top notch repair, service, or a full installation, this is your guy. Super nice, does great quality work, and aims for customer satisfaction. He will be handling all of our heating and air needs in the future and I would recommend him very highly!

Dennis is the definition of a true professional. I had the worst drain clog and he came twice trying to do everything he could to unclog it. On his third visit (all within a 24 hour period) he installed a new drain. He always is reasonable and tries his best to fix what needs fixing at the most fair price. He has actually come for smaller fixes throughout the the past few years and has not charged me anything. He is friendly and whenever I am in a jam, he makes it his priority to come and fix the issue, always the same day I call. I would highly recommend Dennis for any of your HVAC system needs.

Dennis was incredibly responsive for me twice! Once I had another HVAC vendor ghost on me and Dennis came, look at, quoted and did the job within 3 days. The second time I called him on a Sat and he showed up within 3 hours and diagnosed my problem. Fair pricing and great value!!
Air Doctor was fantastic! My AC went out last night. I called Air Doctor this morning and he was able to come out within the day and fix the issue! He came exactly when he said he would, and fixed the issue in less than 2 hours. He was friendly and very professional. I’ll definitely be using Air Doctor in the future for any HVAC issues! Highly recommend!
Called on a Saturday morning due to no air conditioning. Dennis said "I'll be there in 30-40 minutes" and sure enough he was. He's great for service calls if you need something fixed quickly; but if you need a whole new system you'll find much more affordable options.
I needed a couple emergency issues to sell home. Dennis was very prompt, professional, diagnose and resolved issues at hand. Was prompt and punctual to when he said. GREAT JOB!!
I’ve used Air Doctor for over a year now. When I had an emergency situation with an Airbnb guest I called several companies I found through google but he was the only person who was able to come out last minute. He quickly found and fixed the problem and thoroughly explained the situation. I have used him since multiple times and he is always fast, reliable and thorough. Highly recommend!
It was a Saturday night when my A/C went out. I called the Air Doctor Sunday morning. He came out immediately to diagnose the problem. Then went out of his way to track down the part we needed as all the supply stores were closed on a Sunday. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Fixed the problem the right way! Dennis has been fixing my heat and air systems for well over 10 years. He is the only company I turn to or recommend for HVAC work. He's installed three units for me, two for my dad, and one for a friend. He stands by his work and is the most upfront and honest home systems company I've ever dealt with. I trust his advice and work 100%. I can't say enough about how great it is to do business with an honest man who takes pride in his work and his business relationships.
My compressor went out on my HVAC unit. Dennis came out quickly to assess and put in a new compressor. He was very friendly and showed me exactly what he was doing. Great service!
The day after Hurricane Dorian, we used Air Doctor for the second time. While we had power, the HVAC unit stopped blowing cold air...nothing to do with the storm... just a bizarre coincidence. He arrived quickly, clearly explained the problem, and had it working in no time. I now have his number stored in my phone! Highly recommend!

He installed a new system of my choosing, first thing Monday, in the most efficient, and professional manner with a minimum of disruption.
