Beware of dishonest and predatory business tactics! Although we had previously done business with Air Doc on the recommendation of friends, we will no longer consider using them in the future. Air Doc completely took advantage of the trusting nature and naivete of my sister and charged her an exorbitant amount for something that they made seem like they were doing "to help her out". She had called them to check if her A/C thermostat was functioning correctly and Air Doc spent less than 5 minutes swapping out the thermostat in her hallway. After lying and telling her that all they would bill her for was the cost of the thermostat, she was billed an additional $250 "installation fee" for something that took less than 5 minutes. This is a shameful example of a business looking to profit by manipulating the good nature and trust of a customer. They sure can smile in your face and make it seem like they are doing you a favor while they screw you over behind your back. I do not recommend them!
I called Tony the morning of need for service and he was on site within an hour. He was very helpful, explained things clearly, and went above and beyond when helping service my HVAC unit.
Great job again. I’ve used Tony over 10 years to repair all my houses AC units and walk-in coolers.

When my a/c stopped cooling, I called Air Doc and they were at my house 3 hours later. After attempting a cheaper fix, it was determined I needed a new compressor. It was installed by 3:00 that afternoon and has been working great ever since. Tony is always responsive and has very reasonable pricing compared to the competition.
Have used Air Doc for several years now and earlier this year they installed a new HVAC system. First heat need was not what I expected, so I called, they came out and after 20 minutes left me with a warm house. Thank you for that. Very professional, reasonably priced and prompt.

On one the hottest days of the year, my AC goes out. I call AirDoc at 10:00 am and Tony and his crew had my AC working in time for lunch. Excellent service as always.
Have used them twice. The first experience was a furnace replacement in an extremely awkward attic. Some molding had to be removed to get the unit through the hatch. They came back out a second day to replace and paint the molding. I called them out recently when I couldn't get our compressor to run after blowing a capacitor. I assumed I was going to be replacing a unit, but they found that the thermal override had tripped. They stopped off the refrigerant for a very good price and left me with an a/c blowing as cold as ever.
I gave Air Doc a call within 30 minutes they were out there and able to make an diagnostic with in a few minutes and repair our a/c with a breeze. We are glad we got to have such a fast and reliable company come and do it today with in a short period of time. Thank you Air Doc now we have nice cold A/C thanks to ya'll.

The real deal. I’ve used them twice now (in the span of 3 years- older unit) and they are responsive, professional, & so nice. I’m very comfortable with the service they provide & today I actually saved their number in my phone which means I probably will never use another company lol 🙃
Tony and his helper arrived on schedule, tested Freon, found bad part, replaced, and ran unit. The part (capacitor?) was under warranty and unit did not re-charging. I was charged only for the service call. I am very pleased with the service and expertise of Air Doc.
Tony, Brandi and the rest of the team have always been so easy to talk to and work with when scheduling service. They always let you know when they will be there, show up and do a great job!

Amazing service. Tony is a life saver. Every time I call he's there quickly and goes above and beyond to fix the problem. I've had him repair my A/C, replace my furnace, and fix a propane leak in freezing weather. Each time I'm 100% satisfied with his work.
Tony is very knowledgeable and honest. I have a commercial property in Baton Rouge and needed a condensing unit replaced. Upon replacing he noticed the evaporator coils in the air handler were filthy (due to neglected HVAC maintenance) and suggested they be cleaned to prevent damage to the new unit and the other units (four total). He takes his time to find the root cause and educates the owner about the possible ramifications if the root cause is not resolved. Many companies swap parts and move on only to have the same issue a few years later. Tony is a great guy and I trust his advice.
