Great people, very fair pricing, I wouldn't think of using anyone else. He has service my air conditioner several times and always been honest about what it needs. We also had them install more ducting and return vents in order to fix what our original Builder put in.
Best value and they know what they are doing. Jeremy was on time and took extra time to make sure our system was working.

Installed a brand new ac unit. One week late it doesn't work at all. They are unreliable.

Doug, I am sure you remember me and all the problems we had with my new residential HVAC installation. After you left me I called Carrier and TSAir. Right now TSAir is working with the regional Carrier rep. My entire air unit is shot. I see hundreds of complaints online against Carrier and their HVAC systems since 2005. It remains to be seen but Carrier said they will honor their warranty. My problem at this point is paying TSAir for a second installation. I do not know how much TSAir wants to charge me to install a new system but "Jerry" with TSAir said he would talk to you to get some history on the system and all of the problems it caused both of us up until the day you told me, "Don't call me again. I can't come back." I told him you made many attempts to fix the system, replaced parts, ordered parts that were damaged in shipment, repaired leaks, provided coolant, the list goes on and on. I told him you came to my house many times and worked hours and hours on the problem. Unfortunately, here I am today, absolutely positive Carrier should have furnished a complete air system replacement and you should have installed it but neither one of us knew that then nor did we know I would still have this problem eight years later with no resolve, instead, it's worse! All that to say, "Would you please talk to Jerry with TSAir and the current Carrier regional rep to explain the frustration and expense you and I both have experienced because of this.
