My initial interaction with Air Cooling was great, dating back to at least 2018. Back then, the owner earned my trust after he voluntarily refunded me a charge following a misdiagnosed problem. Since then, he was always my go to person for AC, and this led to me contracting their services for a 4 ton AC unit replacement in Dec-2021. Unfortunately, during the install, some of the PVC inserts for the water drainage were not properly mounted and this has been resulting in water leaks since. More unfortunate is that Air Cooling have evaded me since, repeatedly failing to show up to follow-up appointments, sometimes excusing themselves shortly before the appointment but, more often, just not showing up without notice. At this point, contractor is completely unresponsive and I have no choice but to pursue a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Florida's Attorney General.
I have to say to air cooling, Joe ,thank you you are a real professional. I had been having trouble with my AC and every time I called they came promptly. When is was finally time to replace the unit they did the job and did not let me swelter in the heat. Thank you Air Cooling and Joe.
BEWARE !!! BEWARE!!! unfortunately i am having to sue this contractor to recoup back money already paid because the system he installed was not done correctly nor with the proper permits. I HAVE HUNDREDS OF TEXT MESSAGES IN WHICH some i have had to BEG THEM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES, AND HE DOESNT SHOW UP AS PROMISED! EXCUSES!! JULY WAS HE HIT A TREE, THEN ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER!!!!! AND NOW ITS NOVEMBER!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
The guys were truly professionals. They did everything they promised. I’d recommend them to anyone!
I have reached out to a few ac companies over the last few years, but finally found a company called Air cooling Inc. This has to be most professional, honest, clean and well educated company I have ever work with. They came in examined my old unit, explained all the issues and we made a decision to install a new unit. The owner as well the rest of their team did an exceptional job and were very courteous and careful with my home. I can whole heartedly recommend them without a doubt. With that said I want Thank you for all of your help with my air conditioning needs. There’s nothing worse than having a broken ac unit and then having a money hungry company provide terrible service. So again, THANK YOU!
