Fayoz and his team were great. They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to get the job done. I asked a lot of questions and Fayoz was patient and explained everything perfectly so I understood. The best part of the experience was that I felt like I was important and valued as a customer. It's not often that I am impressed with professionals in the trade but Air Cooling & Heating really is a step above the rest. Fayoz stands by his work and is a man of his word. He does what he says he will do and his prices are good.
We are a church. We have been having issues with a Daikin unit which was purchased in early 2020. We tried a number of tech to try to get the problem solved, without success. We even had Daikin technicians out on at least 2 different occasions. All that resulted in was us paying their labor fees without them being able to properly identify and resolve the problem. It was such a frustration. Eventually, I was referred to Fayoz who quickly came out to the building (free consultation). Although he had to make a couple of visits, and I had to purchase some parts, he diligently kept at it, researching the issue, reaching out to various resources, and then, viola, today, he has fixed the unit. Just in time for this weekend’s heatwave. I appreciate his responsiveness, his professionalism, his knowledge and expertise! Highly recommended!
Top notch service and one of the best renovation experiences I had! Fayoz was very professional, punctual, went out of his way to spend time with me and explain various design options and provide recommendations of the equipment and services that best met the needs of our family. From the original design, through system installation, start-up and maintenance they delivered great customer service as promised.

The technician arrived on time, was able to detect the issue right away and fix it; he was very professional and knowledgeable on our unit and gave us recommendations on how to maintain the unit from future damage and to run more efficiently.
