I sent an email on a Friday night with symptoms of what could be an inefficiently cooling AC unit. I had a response back within the hour and an appointment set for the following Monday. William showed up 30 minutes early, he was very friendly, took time to explain what his equipment was measuring and what the levels meant for my system and problem. He measured the heat levels inside each room and found some insulation that needed adjusting and climbed into the attic and did it himself. He charged my system, cleaned up the outdoor unit, replaced on older breaker box, and did it all with a great attitude. I would recommend him to anyone.

Our AC unit broke on a Thursday night during a week-long heat advisory... William came around to our house the very next morning, diagnosed the problem with the unit, and then installed a window unit to help us keep the house cool. He then came back the next day – on his weekend – to install a brand-new AC system. The whole process was super efficient (it took <4 hours) and was very professional. We found William to be very polite, and we appreciated his sense of humor and positivity. He even tolerated our high-energy doggo while performing the work :D We would highly recommend!
I will recommend William and his company 100%! All of the very positive reviews are true! Along with being honest, friendly, and reliable his service value is unsurpassable! He has been very responsive for every annual maintenance as well as for a couple of problems in between. Every time, he has explained everything that he has found as well as options for what needs to be done. It’s hard to find attentive service like his!
I called William on New Year’s Eve for water spots on my ceiling. I thought the A/C drip pan drain had become clogged. He came out the same night and informed me that the pan was ok but I had a roof leak. Also, our central heat hasn’t worked properly for awhile. William diagnosed it and tried to repair that night. He didn’t have the proper parts but arranged to get them by the following morning, New Year’s Day. They showed up at 0930 and completed the job by 1230. (He needed another part and was able to acquire it quickly.). The price was reasonable and the service was “above and beyond” under normal circumstances, for New Years weekend, it was incredible. He’s my permanent HVAC guy! God bless y’all!!
Very knowledge and friendly. Not only does he do an excellent job he walks you through exactly what he's doing and why. Fixed the airflow in my house and replaced some old parts. Works like a dream now. Cancelled my membership with Barkers and sticking with this guy.
Highly recommend Air Control! William was very responsive and kindly explained what went wrong, what needs to be fixed, and what my options are. He also did an amazing job fixing my AC (had to replace my evaporator coil) at a MUCH lower cost compared to what other companies quoted me on. I really appreciate everything William did to make sure my AC was running correctly and efficiently, and will definitely call him again if something goes wrong in the future.
William was very responsive and came to fix my A/C quickly, before coming over he talked me through how to check everything. William provided good service to our old AC system, but he also replaced our entire AC unit when the old system finally failed. He worked with us to save money on the installation but he installed a great system which has also save us more money each month since it is much more efficient. Our annual electrical bill has gone down about $1000/yr with the new system and our house is just as cool! Air Control worked with us on the payment since the old system failure happened during a rough financial time.
