Quickly diagnose the problem saving me a lot of money and very reasonable pricing. This is the second time I’ve used him and both times they have figured out the problem on the first try.
I asked Joel and team to come review my AC because I had received a recommendation for a new system to avoid a very expensive repair that I was skeptical about. Air Control was able to fix our AC at a fraction of the competitor's estimate, while also explaining that our system was in great shape, and we were no where near needing a new one. Joel and Air Control can be trusted to give you what you need, be transparent about the what and whys, and to not push an up-sell just to increase their revenues. Great people, quality service and honest company. I am very thankful that I called based on a trusted neighbor's review.

I am most satisfied with Joel’s services. This is the second time he performed work in our residence. First was the A/C repair 2 years ago and today the 20 year old Water Heater. When I noticed water leak on my water heater recently, no other person I can think to call but Joel and he responded right away. Even with his busy schedule he made time to come and replace the unit since he knew it will give us too much problem and head ache soon. It’s fun to watch Joel work, he doesn’t mind answering my questions regarding the repair and he will explain exactly what to expect of the new unit and how to maintain. We also talk about garden plants and about the BayArea sports team which he enjoys. Joel is very knowledgeable of his work and very professional to deal. We had an issue after another HVAC service removed and then reinstall our heat pump incorrectly. The original service we hired would not repair their shoddy work!! We called Joel (Air Control) immediately, as he’d been taking care of a neighbors unit for years. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and thoroughly checked the system to ensure it operated properly. Gained another customer for life. Thank you air control!!

Joel is a total PROFESSIONAL! We have an American Standard Variable Speed System that needed some warranty repair work done. Unfortunately, we didn't know about his company 8 years ago when we had the new system installed. The company that did the installation is now out of business! Lesson Learned. Anyway, Joel is a pleasure to deal with & very knowledgeable about his product. As well as Hvac in general. He's extremely prompt, communicates very well, & just a great guy in general. He's as HONEST as you will ever find. Call them for ALL your Hvac needs...
Joel was awesome! Took my call in the field, got to my house a couple hours later. Great guy, diagnosed the problem really fast, had the part on his truck, got my furnace running fast before the weekend, and did it all for a fair price. Air Control Inc. will be my "go to" for any HVAC problems in the future.
Joel was honest and demonstrated integrity that is rare these days. He helped me get the heat up and running at my home over the phone. Competitors would have charged me $150 just to come out. This guy is first class. Trustworthy and dependable. A+++
Joel was able to diagnose my stalled furnace’s issue today - the Friday before Christmas- over the phone. He walked me through the possibilities and then got me squared away. He did this trading photos back and forth while he was on his break, finishing up another job, elsewhere. He wanted to make sure my family had heat for the holiday. Guy’s a champ.
