This team awesome., as a professional myself I know what a great pro is. He came as requested for his opinion and to see his honesty. As a former GC I knew what needed to be done. Most regular AC repair man will use old parts and fix with old parts. His team took the radiators our check for leaks, clean them, cut the water lines and put a new ones. PVC for the drain was redone, and the new Virtual thermostat was installed. This Pro is awesome and he will get all my calls for any referals for HVAC . CONGRATS TO THE TEAM Exellent team work. Great experience with Vergil and his Tech at K.A.F.. They were on time, and showed me exactly what was wrong with my AC system and even went over the different options I had to get it fixed. Completely transparent with the repairs needed and worked quickly and effectively to get my house cold again. I would definitely recommend them and be using them again down the road. Service excellent and price are affordable. The tech was called and 2 hours later was at my house. He explained what I need. The financing process was very clear and easy. Yesterday was a nightmare! Our A/C died and we were melting in the never ending summer weather that comes with living in Miami. Virgilio took my call and was at my house within the hr. Had a last minute emergency since my air had stopped cooling. Being that it was a Sunday evening, I was a bit skeptical on having someone come and check it out. I found KAF on Google and was able to get in touch with Virgilio. Within an hour, him and a partner of his came to my house and repaired a few things the ac unit had wrong with it. Fast and friendly service with extremely reasonable prices. Thank you!!

Virgil from KAF Air, was recommended by a friend to look at our warehouse a/c. Within minutes he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. This contractor blocked my wife’s number after hire him for to repair and replace our A/C unit in our apartment. At first he missed diagnosed the problem with unit 1st he said that it was the motor in the unit and the Compressor which cost us $380. And do not fix the problem. He did very check to see if the A/C unit was bellowing cool air. All he said let the ac run and it should start cooling. Once I got home the ac was where it started not cooling. Then I called him telling him the ac is not cooling. Mind you all I have a 2 month old baby in the home this hole time the ac is not working , the owner which is the guy who comes states to me. You never told me the ac is not cooling. That was the first thing I told him when I mad the first call plus I also advised him the the ac was frozen the night before. The whole time he’s replacing the motor and the compressor he does not think to go see the unit in the roof. That should have been the first sign to me that he was not doing the corrects to diagnose process. Then, the contractor gets to the apartment between 7:30 to 8:00 asking to get access to the roof to inspector the roof this should have been done in the initial visit. At this time the roof is locked since the association has a new time frame to access the roof. Then the following day I request from the contractor to provide the following document in order to gain access to the roof. This take half of the day to obtain. Finally, the contractor gets access to the roof and he diagnose the problem there is a leak and the Freon is leaking and that is why the ac is not cooling. You have replace the whole unit inside and out. Mind you he changed the motor and compressor. And this is his diagnose. Ok I said ok. Let’s do it but do you do financing and goes yes. He comes to my house on Thursday to do the paperwork including permit and the application for the credit to finance the project. Which he quoted $4000 for the cheap brand and $4500 to the high end one. This w
