Ray was kind and patient, working around other service techs doing other work on our home at the same time. He explained what he did and what he found. I felt his advice was sound and he didn’t try to push me into work that wasn’t needed, in fact, he gave me DIY tips for easy maintenance. I signed up for the annual service program. They’ll be back this winter to inspect the heater.
On time and friendly
Maintenance to my AC unit was performed and all my questions were answered. Repair person was very courteous and professional.

Appointment was originally scheduled for two p.m., tech showed up after 4:30 p.m. Checked out systems, cleaned electronic filters. Fairly neat, tracked in some lawn debris and water from outside. Presented an invoice for $253.00 for the two systems, which was paid on the spot. Then a "follow up" invoice for an additional $40.00 was mailed "because of servicing two units". Previous work from 2020 techs left debris and parts scattered in walk in attic, though work appears to be OK (still working in 2021)

Ray and his team are great. I know my system is old... but it’s still runs. Why pay for a new one? Air Conditioning Services came to give a ‘spring tune-up’ to a 20+yr old system. I was expecting a hard sales pitch to replace the system... or at least try to be convinced to replace a bunch of parts. They showed up on time (I even got a courtesy call to inform me they were on the way) and my system checked out fine Not only did they NOT try to sell me anything that was unnecessary, the service tech even explained a few maintenance tricks to keep the system in shape. Hands down best AC Company in San Antonio!!

Diagnostic the problem: Found the condenser unit De Icing creating loud noise when fan blade hit the ice. Mr. Raymond force the control defrost to go on defrost for about 15 - 20 min thus melting the ice and stop all the loud noise. Tech explained the root/cause of problem all weather conditions related. I was very happy with the service. Thanks, Pablo

We've used Air Conditioning Service since our house was built 30 years ago. Air Conditioning Service installed the Trane units and has service them ever since. Each unit has been replaced once. We purchase their annual maintenance service contract and I've always felt that the service techs never tried to sell me anything but just did what was needed to keep our units running smoothly and dependably. They are good people. On service performed, I am checking off all the different types of service that they have performed for us over the past 30 years.
