Every time I called and a male answered he would just hang up on me. When I did get ahold of someone in the office she said she would call me back with information on when someone could come out to our office. Never returned my call. HEYNOW Heating and Air Conditioning end up coming out! Ended up being a pretty big job. Tim at HEYNOW was so wonderful.
Called to ask about providing service and costs for AC repair. Mr. X was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. This company's customer service is the worst, don't waste your time contacting them for service, there are plenty of other hard working professional AC service companies in SD that appreciate your business.

I bought a new air conditioner 2 years ago and first quoted below everyone else and since then, I get an email reminder for yearly service, checkup. Customer service at its best. Great AC unit no issues They changed all air ducks in attic Top notch with best price and yearly service!! Thanks Ray!!!
I had to hang up on this guy because was rude as hell. I just wanted a quote for a simple task. And since I had neighbors who got the same job done for $200, I was trying to find out who could do the same deal. Basically was just moving the AC unit few feet from its original location. So this guy is like $800 to $1200!, and I ask confused if I heard correctly since I thought it was high, and they guy went off like animal, saying: if you want to be cheap, please don't call, call someone else, don't be wasting my time, and he kept on going, so I hang up. What an idiot. If I could ever need any other service from this company, it will be the last one on earth I would ever call. And it was not about the pricing, it was about the mediocre attitude of the guy who answered the phone.
Ray came out the same day and assessed and fixed my air conditioning problem. Really good service.
Great job Ray and crew with fixing my fathers AC issue. Only company to actually answer call and able to come out same day to fix issue. It was important, with my fathers health issues, that we were able to solve AC problem ASAP and Ray was able to do so.. Thanx again!!
