I had call to ARTIC due to my fruitless attempt to install a new smart thermostat and messing up my HVAC system. They set me up with a same day appointment. The technician was on time and I also got courtesy a call confirming that he was on his way prior to his arrival. Upon arrival, I gave Mr. Chihani (the HVAC Technician) a rundown of what had happened. Prior to him doing any work he explained the different possible repairs that might be required and a general reference as to how expensive they could be. He performed some troubleshooting and was able to confirm the issue and expense. He did not try to up-sell me on any unnecessary services and informed me of exactly how much everything would cost and obtained my consent prior to performing any of the repairs. I was prepared to replace entire HVAC system, but fortunately I called the right people and wasn’t taken advantage of.
Technician was able to come out and fix the problem the same afternoon we called. Very professional and knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the a/c system.

Tech Chihani arrived on time. Very professional and informative. He was very quick and to the point and very cleanly. He also has jformed us of a missing sensor we wouldn’t have know was missing other wise. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Mr. Shihani performed superb-quality work and troubleshooted my HVAC unit. He fixed it in less than 2-hours as shown in the picture. Other companies were charging a hefty amount, and they would have not even fixed the issues that Mr. Shihani discovered. This speaks to the company’s integrity and “do right by the customer” philosophy. It is difficult to find companies that are as responsive and honest as this one. I strongly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Super fast service! I came home from work and my AC unit stopped working. I contacted this business and they did not hesitate to send me a tech that accommodates my schedule. I had an emergency with my AC. Saturday night. Technician was very professional. It was late and he came in with a good attitude. He was very nice and provided a good rate. He fix my AC and in no time my house was cool again.

Called them on Sunday morning they were here in a couple hours. When he first looked at it he wasn’t sure if he could fix it and was straight forward with us. He got it working in about 15 minutes at a fair price and have scheduled him for an entire new system.
