Showed up early got unit working great
Mike and his team did a great job. From the quote for a new system to the installation. We are very pleased with the way everything was done. They showed up on time and worked a long day to install our 2 new systems. Mike came by to inspect once complete and went over everything with us again. Super Job!

I cant say enough great things about Mike and his team. He showed up on Christmas eve to do a change out on my HVAC system and had it done in a few hours. They even ran a new thermostat wire to a wifi controlled thermostat which works amazing now that I figured out my wifi password. Thanks again to Mike, his wife, and install team for doing such a great job. Highly recommend these guys!!
Horrible business, will never use , was verbally assaulted by the rude and overly cocky owner Michael sowder , the quality of the work reflects in the lack of care from the owners of the company and the joke of a business they run , fly by night company highly recommend anyone look for reputable companies to look elsewhere because this is certainly not the one
I give my highest recommendation to Air Concept Solutions. Mike and his team of professionals have been the gold standard of AC work for me and my family (and I've sampled many competitors before ACS!). They have serviced both my personal home and my rental properties. I came to know ACS by way of a troublesome AC unit at a downtown rental. Mike said he personally needed to see what was going on and came to my rental late on a Saturday afternoon. That kind of service gets my attention! We are new to the area. Our 2nd week here, our air conditioning system quit working. I found a few names on Google, called them and only got answering machines. I called Air Concept Solutions and their receptionist answered. I explained the situation and although they were busy and it was a Friday, they fit us on to their schedule. We had repairmen at our home within a couple hours. Unfortunately, the system could not be fixed so we had to replace it. So over the course of a couple of weeks, we had interactions with several employees, both on the phone (Makayla and Nicole) and in our home. We had to order a new unit, so it took a few days for it to come in. The owner knew we were struggling with the heat and that we have kids, so he brought us an emergency AC unit to get us by until ours arrived. They truly went above and beyond for us. Everyone that we encountered was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I have only great things to say about this company. When they completed the installation, they scheduled to come back out within a couple weeks, to make sure everything was working well. The actual owner of the company came and inspected all of the work that had been done. I would say that they spent at least an hour checking everything out. They changed my filters at this time and some dust fell on to the floor and when I turned around Charles, one of the installers, was literally vacuuming it up. Super polite and very personable. Great service...even after they had already received payment. I was impressed that the level of service didn't decrease once we paid our bill. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company, for any future needs! We are completely satisified!

So impressed with the great service I received from Charles . Charles took his time and explained everything to me and I really appreciated that. They were here in less than an hour after I called for help, and had my A/C cooling again in under an hour !The price was very reasonable for someone like me on a fixed income and I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of . I will use Air Concept Solutions in the future and I will recommend them to all my family and friends.Thank you so much for the superior service and professional , personable technicians. Unbelievably good experience. Our AC was getting really loud. We called one contractor and they said it was repaired. 5 days or so later we had a bad leak in the ceiling of our guest bedroom that the contractor caused. The ceiling had stains and the carpet was soaked. We called Air Concept Solutions LLC and the owner personally came out. He stayed the entire 8 hours and helped troubleshoot the system. Thanks to Mike the owner we have a detailed statement of what was wrong and he saved us money. The AC was fixed the same day. His crew are total professionals. We love Air Concept Solutions! Mike is our "go to" person when we are having trouble with our HVAC system. I have found him to be one of the most, if not the most knowledgeable guys in the business. Even though we have moved into a new home and have a warranty with another company, I still called Mike for a second opinion, which resulted in the other company changing some duct work.
AMAZING!!!! Mike and his entire team are a true example of how a business should be run. Mike has personally been there for my husband and myself through a terrible home buying process. He came in and gave us hope and never made a promise that he didn’t deliver on! I can’t say enough good things about this company. So, I haven't even used their services yet, but the amount of patience, cooperation, and basic human compassion I've received was a huge relief. Especially shouting out to Nicole. Our situation was/is really horrible with our rental company. I burst into tears over the phone with Nicole (our AC was out for a week, and our house was 93 degrees inside WITH windows open. No one was sleeping.), and she was patient and kind throughout the whole thing. She even offered to and DID make phone calls for me as I was unable to speak coherently at that moment. AND two days later, remembered who I was as I called back to state that I had come to an agreement with the rental company for Air Concepts to come and help us. Best customer service I've ever received. Thank you!!!
If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Mike and his team at Air Concept Solutions do a great job and don't try to sell you on something you don't need. I have a 1992 unit and Mike has always said, "Run it until it until it dies." They aren't trying to sell me an expensive new unit and they teach me what I can do to help the system run as long and as efficiently as possible. About a year ago, Air Concept replaced my HVAC return and reconfigured the layout to work more efficiently. I recently received a quote from them for a full duct work replacement. Between Mike's visit to to look at my duct work and before scheduling the duct replacement work, my A/C stopped working. I called mike and his team on a Friday late afternoon, and he had folks at my house first thing Saturday morning. Luckily it wasn't a major issue and the two guys were able to get my unit up and running within 10 minutes of arrival. They were able to get all the maintenance work completed in about an hour and even gave me a bump of Freon to ensure my home would be nice and cool. Since I was getting additional work done in the near future, Mike waived the full cost of fixing my AC. I would recommend Air Concept to anyone needed HVAC work or Preventative Maintenance.
Our air conditioner Wasn’t working properly ( In S.C. we need our Our conditioner) and after calling 5 others companies for service “today” Air concept Solution came to our rescue! The service man ( Charles and Jay) were prompt , polite and very efficient. The price was very affordable and we will be calling in the future for service ! Thank y’all so much
