John was dispatched through my home warranty company to give a second opinion on a possible loss in gas and/or carbon monoxide in my heating unit, based on the analysis of one of the largest HVAC and home service companies in Louisville. Turns out that initial analysis was a simple attempt at a money grab to replace a several-thousand-dollar unit that is older but perfectly fine. I learned that John spent well over a decade as a lead tech for one of the larger HVAC companies in town before taking the leap into starting his own business. I encourage you to make the same move. Skip the large, faceless operations that focus more on commissions than customer service and hire a local guy with extensive knowledge and passion for his craft. You will thank me and, more importantly be thanking John for a job well done.
This company is hands down the best ever. Very efficient, Very caring, very knowledgeable, very professional. What else can I say there just too good. Called them Sunday morning and I was called in less than 30 minutes and they came on Sunday morning and by Monday they fixed the problem . There are the best.

John was very professional and courteous. He did not make a mess inside our home and cleaned up all the trash and packaging outside and removed it. We were very happy with the service received and the price. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to family & friends.

John always makes servicing my home and rental properties a priority. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. I’ve received compliments from tenants that he respected their home ( no messes) and is very courteous towards them. He is the all around go-to guy for all your HVAC needs!
