Update 7/1/2023 Old unit finally died and just got a brand new install. Process went smoothly and Keith handled the crane hire and new stand creation himself too. Extremely fair pricing given all the work done and everything went flawlessly as always. Been going to Air Command exclusively for almost 4 years now and recommend them to everyone! Update 5/6/2022 Air Command has hands down the best people out of all contractors I have ever worked with. Friendly, honest, and truly helpful, these guys are the only people I will call for AC related work; I don't even bother going through my home warranty for annual tunes now. For this most recent one, Keith even did me a favor and installed some bird netting to keep the pigeons out from under my 2nd story roof unit, and he didn't complain or charge me anything extra. Seriously, stop researching and just call them. ORIGINAL REVIEW Big thanks to Keith and Logan for getting my AC back up and running! I have a two story house with the AC on the roof, and after 3 other companies came out and were too afraid to go up to do the work, Air Command took on the job and did great work with replacing my compressor! Keith was extremely knowledgeable and let me in on some info other companies had hidden from me from past tune ups as well. He even told me not to bother when I asked about adding another AC vent to my bedroom, rather than just lying to drum up more business for his company, very honest! I highly recommend taking all your AC needs over to these guys, even if you're working through a home warranty like I was! And fyi this is a sincere review; they didn't ask me to write one or give me any sort of discount for it. You will be doing yourself a favor by hiring them trust me.
Keith provided great service with great pricing! He was very efficient fixing our AC and got it up and running in no time at all.
These guys are really the only ones we will use. We got them from a home warranty referral (usually a bad sign, most that have come from warranty companies are the worst), but these guys were honest, prompt and good! We can’t recommend them enough.
I can’t say enough about this company or Keith. Keith’s HVAC knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. Keith’s office staff was also a pleasure to speak with. Keith made sure my HVAC system was working as if it was brand new before he closed the work order out and followed up multiple times to ensure everything was still working as it should. If you’re having issues with your HVAC system, you shouldn’t hesitate to call Air Command. Thanks again Keith!
In Arizona, having A/C is not an option, especially during the summer. Not only does Air Command Heating and Cooling provide exceptional service, timely response, and expert guidance. They are also a Veteran Owned and Operated company that hires, trains, mentors, and enables some of the best citizens in this county with a mission, tools, and an ability to provide for their families. When I needed them most for service on labor day of all days, because temperatures were 110 degrees, they were there with a team of go-getters who got the job done. They installed more energy-efficient systems with a notable reduction in noise inside and out. I couldn't be happier with my system, the pricing, and the professional service. . Our first experience with Air Command was for a second opinion on a home warranty service call 5 years ago. Saved us a bundle. We've used them ever since for new installations on rentals and service on rentals and our home. Keith and Kevin are great. We've tried some of the rest. They are the best
After using Air Command once to service/repair my AC I am now a customer for life! Keith is professional, honest and reasonably priced. My AC is an older unit and after hearing more than one high pressure sales pitch from other technicians, I was so pleased to talk with Keith who was not about selling me a new AC but rather honestly discussing the issues and not trying to over sell me. I will definitely use Air Command for all my future AC and HVAC needs and highly recommend him.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! These guys know what they are doing. Honest, reliable and easy to work with. This is the only company that I trust to work on the AC for my home and 4 rental properties. I have used them for many years and every time I’m left wondering why other service providers can’t be this good.
We had our AC go out late Wed night. They were our 3rd firm trying to get some immediate help at a reasonable price Thur morning and we feel we hit the jackpot. We got on the schedule for first thin Sat and someone stopped by the house late Thur to do a quick inspection and level set the effort. Another firm could've done the work Fri, but they wanted almost $5k more to do it. The team arrived right on time at 6am Sat and by 1045a the system was running and cooling the house down from 95F. By 7p, my home was a pleasant 79F. I can't say enough good things about their timeliness, thoroughness and even cleanliness. Would recommend them highly to anyone needing service or replacement.
This company came out because of their contract with American Home Shield. They didn't inspection and said that it needed more freon which was an additional charge above AHS warranty and that the freon they had would plug any microscopic holes because they could find no large leaks, guaranteed. While they was here I agreed to let them clean the coils. Well within two weeks the air conditioner was no longer blowing cold. I called American Home Shield and requested a return visit. The same technician came out said that everything was fine that that was normal to drop in efficiency then he proceeded to try and upsell me. He told me that my air conditioner needed to be replaced and that I should buy a new air conditioner from them. He took off the panel and said that the unit had been dropped because of a bend in the coils. He told me that it was the wrong size air conditioner for the home even though it's been the same size air conditioner for the past 50 years and it was installed by a qualified American Standard company here in town. I called American Home Shield again and complained They sent out another company. The other company came out and put 6 lb of freon in my unit. They said the coils were fine, The unit was the right size, and if it had been dropped it the fins on the coils would have been bent it was just the normal arc of the AC tubes. The new company said that my unit could be replaced under AHS, and contacted AHS to replace my unit. AHS contacted Air Command to come out and replace my unit and they refused. Their technician lied to me about the needing more freon because he didn't want to pay for it. He tried to blame it on an imaginary bend in the coils. He tried to get me a buy a new unit from them rather than get AHS to replace it under contract. I even filed a complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance Case No. 36216 - and DOI could only go after AHS because they were the contract holder. Every interaction I have had with this company has been negative. This ranges from interactions I had recently over the phone, and the entire installation/maintenance of our unit. I had to have have them out 3-4 times post install to fix their previous mistakes. The owner then calls me out saying he hasn't been to my property in a year, which is correct, but I called his office recently and had even more negative experiences. This petty act only solidifies all of my views of this company. If you want head aches and disappointment please feel free to have Air Command install a new unit in your home.
Keith and his crew were very professional. They did what they said they were going to do. Showed up on time, great price and extremely satisfied with the service. I’ve been a small business owner for over 20 years and I greatly appreciate the way that Keith and Air Command handled the job from top to bottom.

This is the second year I have used them to do my yearly maintenance. First, they are honest! Second, they do great work. Keith and Logan were so professional and on-time. There are SO many companies in East Valley you basically have to pick and hope for the best, but not anymore for us. I will only Use Air Command from now on.
Air Command was amazing. My home warranty company sent out a number of providers over the last 18 months and each time I was told the problem was fixed (only to find out it wasn't a few weeks later). Scheduling through the Air Command office was easy and communication was great. They texted when the technicians were on the way and I could track them via GPS in real-time. They were on time or early for each appointment. Logan and Keith showed up and were much more thorough than previous providers. They found the real problems that the other providers has been too fast/lazy to find. They worked with my home warranty and everything ended up being covered (to my surprise). I finally have confidence that my Air Conditioner will keep me cool this summer. I can't speak highly enough of Air Command and would definitely recommend them.
The folks at Air Command were fantastic. Other companies were looking at long lead times to even get out here and diagnose the issue. Air Command was here on day one and had the parts and repairs completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for repair, maintenance, seasonal tune-up, and when we need a new A/C we will go with them.
Keith and Kevin are the BEST we have ever used. Keith came out from my Home Warranty and looked at system and found that the AC was working fine. We were also informed that since we use Ecobee thermostats, we would need to use a setup transformer. No other company we used for the past 4 years even asked what thermostats we use. They further told us that the evaporater and condenser coils were really dirty along with the duct work and should've been cleaned. They did recommend that the system was old, over 20 years, and should be replaced and the overall savings would be worth in the end. But it wasn't an urgent and no high pressure sales pitch.They gave me a quote which was the best quote we had from all other quotes and their future maintenance was included plus an additional part for my other unit. I had another company come out for the annual tune up. They told me the system was on it's last leg and needed to be replaced. We were informed that it might go bad this summer. They didn't provide an upfront quote. Air Command is a family ran business. They treat us as if we were family. This is something no other company has done. I felt comfortable they would take great care of us. The day of the install they were early getting ready for the removal of our old unit. When the crane arrived the old unit was ready to be removed. The install of the new unit went without a hitch. The took great care to ensure the install would be perfect, which it was. I also had our other AC unit the step-up transformer for our other Ecobee thermostat. They also replaced the contactor. They cleaned the coils that were REALLY dirty, something other companies never mentioned. I HIGHLY recommend Air Command for ALL our AC needs. Their professionalism, honesty, quality, and everything else you can trust. They will treat you as family.
Keith and Logan were great to work with. I called for my annual maintenance and they caught some repairs that needed to be done and utilizing my home warranty they were back the next day to match the part and all fixed up the following day. Extremely professional, timely, and very efficient! Highly recommend!
Keith is an exceptional rep for his company and very professional in his demeanor. He was on time, very friendly, attentive, informative and easy to talk to, which made us feel at ease. Right from the start, our experience with Air Command, beginning with the phone call, we received from Marti to set-up the service for our A/C and Heating Systems, has made it such a pleasure to do business with them! Amazing company that does fantastic work. They were sent out by our warranty company to address an oder coming from our AC. We have someone come out every year for our AC but none were as thorough as this company and they uncovered issues others had missed. Our AC has never blown so cold since we bought the house 4 years ago. I am going to request this company every time I need service through my warranty.
