Air city is THE best when it comes to heating and cooling in Las Vegas. The owner goes above and beyond for his customers. & the techs, are awesome too! They have always been fair in price for all of our owners and clients or friends we have recommended their way. We have NEVER had to ask for a callback service from them & they have always made their customers a priority & feel like family. The service is unmatched as well as the quality of work & that is hard to find. We recently had a whole unit replaced in our personal home. They did not bs us on price or work needed. They didn’t try to upcharge us or sell us on anything else, they took control of the situation, evaluated what was in need of repair, & got it done in one day as to ensure we were not left without heat or air conditioning. We use Air City for ALL of the properties we manage valley wide & our tenants never have to wait nor do they ever give us the run around. After having gone through hundreds of HVAC vendors in the city, we have finally found the one who we can count on everytime. Highly recommend & we refuse to use anyone else for any HVAC needs. Thank you Air City! - Ren & the rest of us over here at Hive! & at home.

Excellent company!! Exceptional work. Extremely professional team. I was experiencing issues with my air & heat; I was able to speak with the owner Brad the same day! They were able to respond to the site and fix my issue very quickly. They were extremely nice and provided excellent service. I would definitely reach out to them if I ever had any issues involving my air or heat not working because it was a great experience dealing with this company.
Brad is the only guy I trust to work on my HVAC unit. He’s honest and does great work.

First and foremost, I want to give a huge Thank You to all! I was referred by a happy client and I called the owner Bradley who came out and checked on my failed system and provided me with not only a great estimate, but the entire process went very smooth. Communication with Air City Heating & Cooling was excellent (Thank you Erin too!), and their technician Steve is very knowledgeable and Reece was a great hand, and both were fantastic! They also did such an amazing job on their custom fabricated mount and duct work, and it really is the best looking AC Unit on the block!! Wow!! They answered all my questions no matter the inquiry to make me feel totally comfortable, and they worked diligently throughout the summer's hottest day this year (on the Roof too!) and I cannot Thank them enough! They have an outstanding motto "integrity" and it shows! I felt like I was part of their family and the job was done right the first time! The new system is working beautifully, and I highly recommend them for all of your Air Conditioning and Heating needs!

We had Air City come out today for our AC Tune up. Over the years we have never really been partial to one company every year. We happened upon Air City as they were recommended to us. When I was inside the house waiting for the service to be completed I heard pounding like a hammer and/or a power drill on my roof. I asked him what that was because I have never heard any other company before do that while tuning up our unit. He said it is part of my job, we thoroughly inspect everything. Evidently other are not as through as this company is. What a great experience and I now know not all tune ups are the same. You can't go wrong with Air City Heating & Cooling, the price was great and I am sure I will be calling them next year.
