I can't possibly thank Air 360 enough for the professional and considerate service received. The condensing unit for my HVAC system was damaged during Hurricane Ian. Air 360 intelligently and factually submitted information to my insurance carrier as to why the whole system needed to be replaced. The system was old and the air handler would not have been compatible with a brand new condensing unit. Once approved, Air 360 installed the new American made system within a couple of days. Their staff has been nothing but kind and efficient, keeping me informed every step of the way, not to mention thousands of dollars less than other companies (which charged me for an estimate). I would highly recommend this family owned, local company taking pride in their work.
Seriously the absolute best HVAC company around! Kevin and his team did an absolute amazing job, treated us like family from the second they came out to look till it was completed. Amazing work and couldn't be happier with our new system!!
Had a very wonderful experience with this company from beginning to end! I am from Connecticut and my parents have lived here for 20 plus years and there condenser broke down couple days ago right before I came down for a visit! They had another company look at it first and was given very high quote and not enough explanation of why it broke! I went to supply house in Port Charlotte and was given Kevin name and was able to reach him right away and within 2 hours was at my parents house went over everything that was wrong and was given a very very reasonable price to replace condenser and said he was able to do today! We were so pleased with by the end of day between owner and his son and son in law who were very friendly and outgoing and was a pleasure to have on our property! They made everything cleaner that how it was and working properly! Would highly recommend this company to anyone and now I know my parents will have a company they can trust at a very reasonable price and awesome customer service and quality! Thanks again guys!
Owner Kevin extremely knowledgeable experienced reliable fair diagnosed fatal problem with the compressor in our 2-1/2 year old Trane AC. Kevin dealt with Trane company and got replacement compressor which was still under warranty. (Trane will NOT cover any labor, shipping or refrigerant replacement costs for Trane defective equipment). Kevin’s son Ryan did great job removing bad compressor and installation of the new one. Job cost a bit more than 360’s estimate but worth the peace of mind you get with a team of highly trained experienced and talented experts who know exactly what they’re doing and how to deal with Trane. The company that installed new Trane system in this 2.5 year old home were zero help we wasted money on two house calls, totally clueless+useless with no idea how to fix or troubleshoot absolutely anything. Luckily a dear friend recommended Air 360 and that was all she wrote. Thank you Kevin and Ryan for an excellent high quality Job well done buddy AIR360! Sincerely yours Suzy Clark North Port, Florida
9/24/21. Excellent all round service, had A/C unit installed plus new water heater, Ryan and Rick did an amazing Job, , and cleaned up, you would never know they had even been here, great job Guys Thankyou.

I had Air 360 repair my AC today. They are the best. They came right away and had it up and running in no time. They charge very reasonable prices and don't try to rob you. this is the second time they have worked on am AC and I will definitely call them next time I need service or repairs.
I am so impressed with the service and professionalism of this company! I called because the lightening got to my unit and Kevin was at my house within minutes. This family owned and run business has been my go to HVAC company from the planning stages, installation and maintenance of my system. They really know how to take care of their customers. The combined knowledge of the industry and the systems that they install guarantees me that when I need a solution to a problem, they have it. Both service calls and maintenance calls are responded to and completed with an immediate response. I know that when they leave my house, everything is running in peak performance. This is rare in today’s service industry. There is nobody that I trust more to keep me comfortable. Thanks again!

Air 360 has proven tome and time again that they go above and beyond for their customers. Got only for myself but also anyone I have referred them too. They are prompt. Professional. Honest. And will never try to sell you somthing you don’t need. I highly recommend air360. For any of your heating or cooling needs.
My ac randomly stopped working one day. I gave air 360 a call and made an appointment. The day they came out is the day they got my unit working again. Fast, honest and no surprise charges or fees. What more could you ask for? Thanks again!
Air 360 has been my A/C company now for 3 yrs. They have been there through an a/c replacement, a hurricane, a water heater replacement, and most recent a lightening strike. Their quick response and attention to detail revealed a problem that saved not only myself but several neighbors potential thousands. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income I cannot express how thankful I was and am knowing these guys have my back. They have my approval and after they service you, you'll understand why!
Very disappointed with this company. I had previously recommended them to others, because they came over and fixed a small issue for us for free, and we thought it was great, until only hours later when the a/c stopped working again. I called them again, and the owner came out. He barely looked at the unit before declaring the compressor broken, and immediately quoted me $1,300! He was so quick to hand me paperwork for financing, but didn't even take the time to properly diagnose the issue... I wanted a second opinion, so I called Alex's Pool Heating & Air Conditioning in Port Charlotte. Alex came out and did a thorough examination of our system, and ran a few tests. He replaced one small part, and it was fixed! As it turns out, it had nothing to do with the compressor- go figure! Alex didn't even charge us for the part- only the regular service fee! He saved us at least $1,220!!! Either the owner of Air 360 didn't know how to run these tests, or even how to do a thorough examination, OR he was trying to take advantage of us. Both scenarios are equally disappointing. I am a very loyal customer, and I always refer my friends and family to good companies, which I feel operate with integrity. This company has lost at least one good customer, and a good review. Perhaps the reason they don't charge a service fee, is because they plan to up-sell as much as they can? ...Quite disappointing.
