Zach @ Ahoy was sent out to us originally by our Home Warranty providers. We had an air conditioning system that had failed. Zach came out diagnosed the problem right away. We had to replace the evaporator coil. Once new coil was In place, it was determined that the condenser motor fan was not working as well. Home Warranty approved and Zach fixed it the same day. Zach contacted us a few hours later to make sure house was cooling. It wasn’t cooling very much. Next day Zach contacted us twice to see if temp had improved much, no it hadn’t. He came out at 8 pm on a Saturday to figure out what was the problem. It was the compressor failing. Call to warranty company on the Monday morning, and Zach was authorized to replace compressor. He had it installed the next morning! House is finally cool! Thanks Zach! Zach is very contentious, hardworking, and professional . Highly recommend him! Don’t hesitate to call on Zach!
Zach was very conscientious, knowledgeable and professional. We're new to the valley and feel most fortunate to have found Ahoy Air-conditioning. We plan to be a repeat customer.
