I contacted Jeffrey at 9 AM and he arrived at noon to repair my ac unit. We discussed all the options before any work was started. He was very professional and transparent about what may happen with my ac unit in the future. I appreciate his honesty. If any further work needs to be done he will be my first and only call. Excellent customer service; professional, prompt, and great communication. Big thanks to Jeff who saved us from freezing temperatures three times over the past couple years, getting the heat up and running quickly while still thoroughly evaluating the situation and ensuring everything was safe to operate. Highly recommended for upgrades or replacement. Jeff provided valuable insight into smart home thermostat and humidifier upgrades as well as options when it came time to perform a larger service and ultimately replace an aging furnace. I will be returning for future HVAC maintenance and upgrade needs.
Heat went out and they came out the very same day! Found the problem and fixed it very reasonable price

We were having issues getting our furnace to stay lit and the initial company we called said that our only option was to spend $5k on a replacement furnace because the parts were no longer available for the furnace we had. AGM came on Christmas Eve and was able to pinpoint the issue and fix the issue without the need for any additional parts. It's been two days since the repair was made and everything is still working exactly as it should. AGM was very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They're one of the few companies that I now treat as a partner vs. a single transaction.

Jeff was great! My furnace needed a long overdue cleaning. He arrived on time. Very professional, polite, courteous and, easy to talk to. I watched Jeff as he explained the process, He is very knowledgeable and, gave me a few suggestions to keep it in tip top condition. I will be be contacting AGM for future maintenance needs. I finally found a great HVAC company for all my home needs. The team replaced two furnaces and two AC units and they accomplished the job on-budget and on-time, as promised. They are professional and highly-skilled. I encourage you to look no further.
I called Jeffrey to get an estimate for a new heating and cooling system he came at 7:30 on a Friday night he is a very cordial and humble man explain everything very thoroughly in layman's terms he was very practical in his suggestions as to what I needed and the costs ,being an industrial mechanic myself I have some background in this equipment and can tell you that he was very knowledgeable and insightful needless to say I hired them to install my systems and his workers were also very professional and polite and cordial Jeffrey is very helpful in Walking you through the entire process from the beginning to the end if you need work done on your heating and cooling systems I suggest you call Jeffrey at AGM
Just wanted to have the units checked since they are over 10 years old. Surprisingly he was able to come out the next day. Thoroughly checked it over and charged the freon back up. Very efficient and very cost effective. Those larger companies that you see on TV (I won't name names) love to overcharge and upsell you every time they show up. Jeffrey doesn't do that. Straight scoop, very good pricing, local and prompt. Outstanding.
Very happy with the service and entire experience working with Jeff. He was very professional and never tried to upsell me on anything I didnt need. In fact I asked him about a 2 speed fan to possibly get better airflow. The first thing he asked was what filter I used and instead recommended simply switching to a thinner better flowing filter and just change them more frequently. I was using a pleated 4". That change alone improved the airflow and saved me a good bit of money vs going with a new fan. I wouldnt hesitate recommending him to anyone.
We use them exclusively for all our rental properties.. They have always been professional fair and knowlegable.. Absolutely would recommend them for any and everything HVAC related.. Absolutely perfect in every way.
This company came out on behalf of my landlord. The request was to clean the a-coil of my air conditioner and help with air flow and temperature control in the master bedroom. The employee that came out was rude, dismissive, and condescending. "Scolded" me for closing vents in a 70 degree living room to get air to a 75 degree bedroom. The air flow from the supply vent on said bedroom is almost nothing whereas the airflow from the loving room vent had "normal" air flow. He went outside to check that coil and stated that it was filthy and dirty. I am unaware if he did anything about that period he did not leave any paperwork behind. After he determined that everything was AOK by sticking a thermometer in the return vent to get a temperature difference between supply and return, he left. Not without continuing to berate me about vents being closed even though there is no air flow from the vent in the bedroom and windows not being latched. He also refused to clean the a-coil coil.. Stating that it was not possible for it to get dirty since it was installed in 2018. Terrible experience from beginning to end. Only saving grace was the helper that was brought with. He at least attempted to talk to me like I was a customer and not like an inconvenience.
We highly recommend AGM Heating & Cooling HVAC, our AC went out this week when it was over 90° and very humid, so the temperature inside our house got hot very quickly. Jeffrey was able to get out to our house very quickly the same day. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour and also cleaned out our air conditioning unit while he was on site & provided lots of tips to keep our units running smoothly. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and we will definitely be using his services again in the future. Thank you A+

When my air conditioning stopped working googled HVAC for Huntley because I prefer to use local companies. Jeff came out replaced a capacitor, cleaned the system and recharged the freon and had the system up and running in about thirty minutes. He was very transparent about what he was doing and explained everything he did.
Wow came out really quick to help with my a/c units.Explained. everything and was really reasonably price.
