Here is Beechwood Blvd. AG plumbing took me a $2000 check and later told me the cost is $650. When will you return the rest $1350 to me? It takes more than one month and I've contacted you many times. Your responses do not provide much progress: I wait for 4 weeks on office calculation and one week on mailing the check. We are just two or three miles away and now the mail takes one week??? Reply to AG plumbing's response written in 12/07 am: The issue is quite simple: You took $2000 from me (I have sufficient evidence from my bank), and I agreed to pay you $650. When will you return my $1350? All my complaining is about not returning this money in a reasonable time. Update 12/20/2021: Filed a BBB complaint with a bunch of evidence on 12/13/2021. AG plumbing remains muted.
The owner went above & beyond for our family. We have been dealing with an absolute mess for months in our garage & basement due to tree roots growing into our sewer pipes. He was diligent in looking into everything & was the first plumber that was able to take the appropriate time & get to the root of the problem ( no pun intended ) we will most definitely use again & recommend to our friends/family.
While the repair went well and the team was courteous, I found them to be overpriced, not completely honest, lacking in transparency about charges, and the office unresponsive to a request. AG quoted me 1K for standard replacement of waste and overflow/trap piping on a bathtub, largely because the ceiling below had to be opened up for access. So I did all the legwork of opening the ceiling myself in advance for easy access, but they only took off 30%. The plumber said that this was still a 4-5 hour job. They completed the job in an hour an half, at which was (apparently) about $500/hr. and charged me *extra* for parts (cost of parts not included in the estimate, which was not communicated to me. I also had no say in what kind of tub drain/drain stop mechanism they were putting in, which is not what I would have chosen. If I had known the part wasn't included in the quoted price, I would have purchased the part that I wanted myself). Plumber then assured me on day of install that I would get an invoice itemizing all charges but this didn't happen. I called the office to request list of charges, which they said they would email the next day, but didn't. The only reason I agreed to this work is for a quick repair. In my experience, the company is negligent on some really basic good business practices.
Was at my house for service within 20 minutes of my call. Very quick response and top notch service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very knowledgeable, professional, and inexpensive. If you're reading this, look no further and give them a call. I'm glad I did

Excellent service, very timely response to repairs and excellent outcome. Reasonable cost for plumbing services too. Very professional and provided explanation of problems and how to repair. Also needed extra parts and left to get them and returned to complete the job. Highly recommend!

Alberto is very professional and very reasonably priced. He is upfront about the cost and does not give the impression that you are being scammed like other plumbing companies I have called. He is my go to person when I need any plumbing work done and I refer him to my clients need any plumbing work or tests performed. He comes highly recommended.
My furnace began to randomly stop working and buzz loudly. Came across AG Plumbing searching google reviews. The owners were hands on from the initial call to completion of my project. They were thorough in explaining the issue, provided me reasonable quotes for both fixing or replacing the unit. They we very friendly and professional providing frequent updates on part ordering, delivery and promptly scheduling installation. They even included fixing a leaky pipe that I found after they had already given me my quote and didn't change the price when processing my payment. I plan on contacting them for future projects and recommending to my friends and neighbors.

Very professional service. Helped me to replace an old faucet that had been leaking for a while. Gave me the price and an idea of what would happen before starting the job. I feel the price was fair and the job was completed in a very timely manner. Would absolutely recommend.
Alberto was AWESOME!! Very responsive, and easy to work with. We needed to have a dye test done on the house that we are moving out of - and Alberto was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Will definitely hire again!!
