Jared installed a new larger coil on our AC unit. Our AC is running much better and not freezing up anymore. One of the great things about Jared and Jathan is how clean and respectful they are. They always took off their shoes inside my home, and then they put rugs down from the front door to my AC unit so they didn't get my house dirty. They left zero mess, even though it was a big job.
They tracked down the Lennox product I wanted and found it quickly. Arrived right on time, left no mess behind and made the process seamless and easy. They did an outstanding job and I would absolutely use them again.

Great services very honest, our ac stopped working all of a sudden on Thursday called in I was able to get an appointment for the next day for free, the person that came out was here on time and very nice. It turned out that it was just a spider that fell in between two medal that was interrupting something and that’s what caused it to stop. He did not charge and was very kind, anyone else could have taken advantage of the situation. I will definitely will be contacting them for future needs. Thank you very much.
I can't say enough about how great my experience was with this company. My furnace was on the way out so I called them up and they were there that day. Jathan laid out all my options including replacing or repairing the existing unit. I was impressed with how patiently he answered all of my questions so I decided to inquire about installing AC to replace my existing swamp cooler. The combination of a great price and no pressure led me to go for the new furnace and AC. Within a week, both were installed. They were on time, friendly and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations - all for the exact price we agreed on. Once they were done, the clean up was so thorough that I couldn't tell they had even been there, other than the fact that my home is more comfortable than it has ever been! I absolutely recommend After Hours Heating & Cooling if you have any HVAC needs.
After Hours Heating did an amazing job installing our new furnace. They arrived at the appointed time, laid down coverings to protect our flooring, and were very professional. I would definitely call them again! They even patiently showed me how to use the thermostat.
The owner came out and discussed all the details of what needed to be done to help finish my basement. Give me a fair price did quality work and cleaned up completely after they were done. He has a good crew working for him and they do good work. I would highly recommend these guys.
Yesterday Jathan installed a Lennox AC, furnace, and Nest smart thermostat system in my home. He didn’t ask me to write a positive review (as have other contractors), but I think you should know about my experience with After Hours Heating & Cooling. My father-in-law used Jathan a couple years ago to install an AC unit in a home and recommended him to me. I rang Jathan with concerns about how my AC was running. He came out on Saturday morning and thoroughly inspected both the AC and the furnace using the most advanced diagnostic equipment. He explained what he was doing and what the diagnostic data meant. As expected, the AC had a problem, but the furnace was working fine. He offered three different solutions to fix the AC; I could dump more money into a broken system or replace it. I had interest in replacing the furnace as well so that the HVAC would truly work efficiently as a system. At my request, Jathan offered several different AC options, paired with a new furnace, from the basic to a more sophisticated two stage system that would make the home the most comfortable and be the most energy efficient. He explained why he recommends Lennox so that I was comfortable with their equipment. By the way, at installation it was very clear the quality difference between the equipment being pulled out vs. the Lennox equipment going in. On Monday morning I rang three different HVAC contractors to get comparative estimates from them. Jathan’s price was the most attractive by far (the nearest estimate was $1,000 more). However, I would have used him even if his price was slightly higher, because of the level of trust I developed with him in a short period of time (a few text questions and phones calls to clarify things were answered quickly, thoroughly, and professionally). I called about our swamp cooler. They don't do swamp coolers, but did that stop them from helping me with my problem? No, they talked me through the issue on the phone and diagnosed the problem. I fixed the issue by myself, but I wouldn't have been able to do it without their help.
This review is in no way paid for or coerced; I'm writing it because these dudes deserve it. Jathan at After Hours is so clutch. My wife called and we were super lucky to get him to come by due to a cancellation. We figured we needed a full AC replacement estimate because it was blowing tepid air and I think it predates humans by a couple hundred years. He stops by with his partner, and they check out the system for a while. My condenser filter had clogged up and tripped a shut-off switch. Super simple fix. He could have told me it was dead and walked away but instead he flipped the switch, ran diagnostics to make sure everything else was in order, gave me a card, and took off. Didn't charge me. When it is time to replace my ancient AC unit, I'm calling Jathan at After Hours.
We received very professional and prompt service from After Hours. They were friendly, polite, and affordable. We will definitely use their services in the future.

I did a lot of research of who to install a new AC unit and I definitely don't regret going with After Hours Heating & Cooling! A year after installation a sprinkler line broke under the AC unit they installed. He came for free to move the unit so that the line could be fixed. If your looking into getting a new unit or need an AC repair guy I totally 100% recommend After Hours Heating & Cooling.
