I would not recommend Jeremy to anyone! He came to inspect our a/c unit. He was supposed to send a diagnosis, that I paid him to complete but he completely ghosted us. Never returned my calls or text. Extremely unprofessional!
After a different contractor failed to solve our problem (and in fact exacerbated it), Jeremy took the whole system apart and diagnosed the issue correctly. We were grateful for his diligence, persistence, conscientiousness, and skill. Highly recommend!
Mr. Kendrick was very knowledgeable to his craft. He figured out what my problem was and was able to fix it the next day. I recommend anyone who has problems with there a/c and heating unit to give him a call. Very nice and courteous young man.
Jeremy was on time and very pleasant. He was able to not only fix my problem but resolve it the same day. He also helped me understand what was wrong with my unit by breaking it down so that I was able to understand. One of the best A/C men I have met. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family if they have any problem with their a/c or heaters in there home or business. He is reliable and dependable. If he says he's coming he will be there. Thank you for your service. Definitely will be contacting you if I have any other problems.
Excellent service and communication. Jeremy is trustworthy and reliable. I tried to use my home warranty when my AC wasnt working and Jeremy was the one dispatched to our home, unfortunately the warranty did not cover freon leaks. Jeremy worked with me directly and got the problem solved within 24 hours and at a fair price, the final bill was actually less than his initial quote because he had less work to do to fix the problem. Highly recommended
Jeremy was contacted about my ac not blowing cold air anymore. When speaking with him, he explained in details why the ac wasn’t working properly. I scheduled for him to come out and he came the same day. He’s very professional and he was polite. My ac is back working and is so cold, I need 2 blankets. Thanks Jeremy for your service and I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.
