Tony was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and quick service!
Service tech, Tony, was very fast and advised us what he was repairing/replacing. He had the ac back up and running in a short time. Very polite. We highly recommend this company for repairs and service calls.
The repairman did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with the A/C unit and repairing it quickly.
The technician took the time to explain what was being done. What seemed like a quick job turned into a longer job and he was determined to stay until the job was done in a professional way.
Service was great! Our ac died on a weekend, but Kristi gave us tips to try to limp along until Monday. Monday am, Tony fixed our system and gave me some great maintenance tips, too! Would def recommend them!

AffordaPro Air Inc are amazing! My AC broke down in the summer in the middle of the night. I’ve had this happen before and I was dreading the heat and waiting. I’ve had to wait days and weeks from other HVAC companies for parts and or service. I placed a service call through AHS after midnight. Kristi from AffordaPro Air, Inc called me a few minutes later. She set me at ease. She assured me that everything was going to be okay. She scheduled Tony the tech for the next morning at 10am. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. He patiently explained the repair process. He’s super knowledgeable. Tony had my AC up and running in under 12 hours! I wish all HVAC companies could be as efficient as AffordaPro Air, INC. Kristi and Tony went above and beyond for me. It’s nice to know that there are honest companies like AffordaPro Air, Inc. The both of them kept great communication throughout the short process. There was no drama or BS. They place the customer first. They gave me the best customer service experience I’ve had in decades. I’d gladly do business with AffordaPro Air, INC. Stop scrolling to look for a reputable HVAC company and call Kristi now. I still can’t believe Tony fixed my AC in less than 12 hours!!!!!

First of all, let me start by saying that the technician, Tony, is the absolute BEST and is so knowledgeable and kind. Where this company was lacking is the lack of responsiveness. We used them for two different issues. One of them was resolved very well. The second one, an entire month went by with ZERO communication. From November 2-December 2, there was radio silence. I texted, I called, I left voicemails. MULTIPLE times with no response or acknowledgment at all. A simple update on parts was all I was looking for but was completely ignored for an entire month! And yes, ignored. There is zero excuses for not returning ONE of my many texts or calls on the issue for a simple update. I only heard from them after opening a brand new ticket with another company through AHS. Then, all of a sudden, the parts were in, they texted me and they were at my home the next day. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. Tony the technician is the only reason they get 2 stars instead of one. If there was a separate rating for Tony, he would get 5 stars.

Kristi who initially called me after AHS, set up a work order with her. She was polite and courteous and really empathetic to what was going on in my house. Tony arrived a couple hours later and was amazing he spent three hours going through every bit of the system making sure he repaired everything. I have never such amazing service!
