The experience was great especially when he saved me a lot of money on repair. I initially called Morris Jenkins for spring maintenance and diagnosis. My A/C was turing on 2mins and turning off..MJ tech diagnosis as a internal leak. The tech showed me video of running a device that can tell it was a leak. I did decide to go with the repair and adding the service agreement but we talked to family friend and he recommended Affordable Pro Heating. He came and heard the system run and right way said it was electrical issue and not a leak. The part was still under warranty so that save money. If i let Morris Jenkins do work they would of cut in the unit and i still would had a issue due to the wrong diagnosis. They was charging 1600 plus with the service agreement. The work that was completed was less than 200. Also temporary he made sure i had air conditioning until the part came in....he did temporary fix. MORRIS didn't even try....just left no card or documentation.
Mr Ward was very professional. He diagnosed the problem. Then explained it to me. Then he did the repair. I'm very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them for all your Heating and Air Service needs.

This is my 2nd time using services from Willie and Affordable Pro Heating & Air. He initially did an HVAC check for the home that we were purchasing and offered recommendations for maintenance. We then had some unexpected issues with our AC system, which is older, but Willie was able to get it up and running very easily and at an affordable price. He was on time, very professional, sent pictures/videos of everything that he was repairing and explaining the why behind it, was very neat and used shoe coverings, and was able to schedule us rather quickly. A true professional and expert that I highly recommend !
