They came out to the house and looked at the system, gave me a quote, which was reasonable, and then scheduled when they would repair. The best thing is that they connect right brain as heating contractor with their service whereas most had that ""too good to be true"" vibe."
I live in San Antonio, and I had had nothing but trouble with my AC. I called on Saturday and someone was at my fix the following day. Talk about efficient and knowledgeable service- this guy was both! He gave me a breakdown of how the AC works, inspected all of it before he started working on it, offered me discounts that correlated to Multiple Checkouts-- All said: the company was exceptional and professional in every way.
The guy was awesome and kind, professional and worked very thoroughly with my AC and Furnace checks. I was so impressed and enjoyed the company note text to me.
