Awesome job as usual from Affordable Heating & A/C. After having another technician from another company on Friday which did nothing to correct the issues I was having, Affordable diagnosed it immediately and restored my hot water. I have had different technicians from the company to my home several times before and they have always been personable, knowledgeable and professional. Zach was here today and was very efficient in diagnosing my issues and I was so thankful he was able to repair them. In the future, I don't want any other repair service sent to my home by American Home Solutions. The other company wanted to replace my water heater and/or my whole boiler. Zach replaced the zone valve and my problem was fixed. The other company wanted me to spend thousands of dollars and Affordable fixed it under my warranty with no cost to me.
We’ve been having intermittent issues with our Navien furnace. The first guy that came out looked at our furnace and said we needed a new system without trying to figure out the problems. We called Affordable Heating for a second opinion, and we’re so happy we did. Zach was GREAT! He called and came a day early, knowing it was more convenient as I was already off from work that day. He was professional and thorough as he was troubleshooting our issue. He assured us we did not need a new furnace and told us what to do. We took his advice, and so far, so good. Affordable Heating did an excellent job of installing my furnace/AC. They were very professional in their work, prompt, cleaned up, explaining all that needed to be done as well as explaining any information we needed for the new system. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you Rob, Steve, and Zach for working so hard to first repair and then ultimately replace our tankless hot water heater, doing a full reinstallation. Everyone has been helpful, communicative, and professional from start to finish. I will not hesitate to call on this company again as needed, and would recommend them happily to others. The entire crew from Affordable Heating and AC were excellent from start to finish. Having no hot water isn’t an emergency, but it is quite the inconvenience when you have four children 8 years old or younger. Affordable was the only company ( out of more than a handful who were contacted) that could get out to the property to evaluate the situation the same day. The tech Zach was knowledgable, explained the situation thoroughly( in layman terms), and went over our options. He also made a “quick fix” temporary solution that gave us hot water for 24-36 hours. Both Zach and the owner Rob discussed with us what they felt was the best choice, but also were willing to discuss pros and cons to whatever decision we went with. We never felt pressured and we never felt we were getting a sales pitch. Once we decided what option to go with, our system was installed 2 days later( if we elected to repair the water tank heater, the repair would have been done in one day, bc we needed a particular part). The installation went smooth , with Zach and his assistant getting it done in a few hours. The post set up was also very professional. Rob followed up with us with regards to our satisfaction with the service and set up. He also helped us with the Mass Save rebate that we are eligible for. All in all , a very stressful and unpleasant, as well as unavoidable, situation was made much less stressful and unpleasant. I would highly recommend Affordable Heating and AC for any of your plumbing and HVAC needs. Fast forward a year later ... our furnace decided it didn't want to turn on . Again Affordable Heating to the rescue. Rob from Affordable had a tech come out the same day ( a Saturday) we reported the issue as temperatures projected to drop below freezing. Mike, the tech who came out to the house , quickly diagnosed the issue and told us he could have the part ordered Monday morning ( the earliest it could be ordered) . Monday morning I get the call that the part is in and
This is the third time I have used Affordable Heat and AC for work at my home. The technicians are all very professional, and knowledgeable. They are on time and complete the job within a reasonable time frame. Whenever I call the office I get a response quickly. The quality of work completed is superb and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Our heating system unexpectedly needed to be replaced during the holidays. After calling several companies in our local area and getting no response or a flat out NO, we were connected to Affordable Heat and A/C. They responded quickly and professionally. They were able to get the system working to get us through the weekend then return to replace within a few days. They were quick, efficient and professional. They even made us aware of a problem that we had with our main waterline which we were not aware of so we were able to get that taken care of so avoided a bigger problem. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their services. We were lucky to find them!!

Highly recommend Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning. Quick, same day response to our initial call for service. New gas furnace ordered and installed next business day. Crew was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and cleaned up the area after they finished the job. Will definitely use them for any service needs in the future.
So I feel when you are blessed it’s important to share the joy. This company is excellent. First if you need HVAC installation this company will call you right back. Other businesses wouldn’t even call back. Then they came out very soon after that. Each person who came was professional and explained everything and couldn’t be nicer. I never underestimate the power of kindness. It was a pleasure. Then I had a problem I woke up to no heat. I called and they came in a few hours. Sadly the board blew but this happens sometimes you get a defective one. The reality of mass production. The company who manufactured the system told Affordable Heating the board would be here Thursday or Friday and I was out of heat Monday. However Rob the owner called me and said no way you are waiting until the end of the week. Such integrity. He promised he would find a board or a new system but they would fix it the next morning. And bless their hearts they did. And said if you need anything just call us back. They are a gift to you anytime of year. And a gift to me this Christmas season. And karma is real May they all reap benefits of good purpose. Cheri
Our A/C died in the summer of 2022. We reached out to local HVAC companies. Affordable answered their phone and came out the next day to confirm what we already knew - our A/C had reached its end of life and needed to be repaired. They gave us a price to replace but also a price to replace the furnace which was also reaching end of life. We made the decision to replace the full system. We did our due diligence and shopped it out with 2 other companies. Not only was Affordable the best price, we just felt more comfortable with the representative, Zach. He was knowledgeable and explained everything fully. In addition I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman (like I did with the other 2 companies). We scheduled the work around our schedule, the team came on time and completed the work quickly and professionally including leaving the work area clean. They educated us on the system, and maintenance requirements. We also utilized the Mass Save Heat Loan program and Collin assisted us with that as well. Replaced my 35 year old heating system as well as my broken A/C unit in 2019. They are professional, friendly and "affordable"!
Spoke to Rob when our A/C died during a 9 day heat wave. He was able to get to us in a couple of days, (way better than anyone else) and even called me because he had a cancelation to come earlier. Steve showed up on time, fixed the unit promptly and the $$ was very fair. Very happy with everything. They are my go to people now.
I cannot thank Devin and the rest of the Affordable Heating & AC team enough! In the middle of a 95+ degree heat wave, our AC stopped working - they squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon and were nothing short of amazing! The company let us know when Devin was on the way and Devin was not only prompt and professional, but he also took the time to explain what was wrong with our AC unit, which I really appreciated. Devon was extremely efficient and effective, within 20 minutes the problem was fixed and our AC was running good as new - it has been working like a charm all weekend! Thanks again!!
I have now had Affordable out to my house twice in the last three months and could not be more impressed with the quality of the Service Techs. They are very smart, professional, efficient and are able to explain the problem/solution in easy to understand terms. In both instances they were able to fix our problems in an hour or less which was fantastic. I've learned from my daughters who said Dad call Affordable ! They each had new HVAC systems installed in their townhomes and raved about the quality of work, efficiency of install and pricing. I would say the same about the service aspect of their business. My next call is to get on their maintenance program to head off inconvenient and usually untimely problems that occur when you don't do some type of cleaning of your systems over a period of years. Initially called Affordable for heating repair in a cold day last Dec. Zach is a knowledge technician. He explained the unrepairable problem and suggested a replacement. We have selected Affordable in replacing two 22-year old HVAC systems. Affordable offers reasonable price for new HVAC installation. Zach, Devin and crew are professional and did great jobs. Collin has followed up with the rebate information after the installation. Great team work! I highly recommend Affordable for HVAC service or new system.
I can't recommend Affordable enough, especially if you have a Navien tankless heater. Another local company needed about eight hours and two people only to tell us our issue likely wasn't fixable and that Naviens usually last only ~seven years. Affordable fixed the issue in about 15minutes and made a modification to our system that should keep it running another 20 years. Their employee Zach is very skilled/knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. We'll be lifelong customers.
