Call themselves affordable but charge more than others and are rude. Will not recommend and will not do business with.
Would not recommend. Had him out to do a furnace cleaning and check. Told me I had a leak and needed new furnace. Said that this leak he suspects would lead to a CO2 leak and we need the furnace replaced right away. Call out another hvac who actually took it apart and found 1. they did not do any cleaning as looks like it hadn't been cleaned for over a year plus. 2. no cracks like I was told as he took the furnace apart to actually look instead of guess. Affordable heating & Ac said there was dancing of the flames. To later find out that dancing is normal and will happen from preasure and drafts in the home.. he would have known this if he truly took the furnace apart.. Asked Affordable Heating and AC to check the AC unit while there. At this time he also said my 15 year old AC unit had no freon. He said feel the line it is normal temp this should be ice cold. He then took his Guage off and what do you know there was a valve and said I guess you don't need a new AC. I would recommend that you only use this company as a last resort.
