Don’t Use Them!! Super unreliable!! I know Michael Ramsey from high school; Therefore, I trusted him to take care of replacing a unit outside and in the attic. — supposedly he did. However, just a couple months later, the unit went out again. I phoned Michael, messaged him, and instant messaged him on FB, no response. Unfortunately, I’m taking legal action against this company to obtain a full refund.
FOR YOUR SAKE READ THIS . My hope is that no others are defrauded by these individuals: Chris Legg, Michael Ramsey, Paul Riffey. In November 2021 I paid them $23,000 cash for a new mini-split system which included a 2 year workmanship warranty. They failed to complete the installation. I called and texted them numerous times but they ghosted me. Half the system completely failed within 30 days. I persisted by calling, texting and emailing them to honor the agreement. To date (29-Apr-2022) they have never contacted me. I'm currently paying another company, a Trane / Mitsubishi diamond dealer, $11,000 to fix ADAC's horrific failed install. The company I hired started they have never seen such poor workmanship. They stated that it appeared as if the people (Chris, Michael and Paul) had no idea what they were doing. Even though they delayed the project by months, I was patient. Even though the install took weeks instead of days, I was patient. Even though they ghosted me, I was patient. My wife and I homeschool our children and have one income. We are not wealthy people. My hope is that by writing this review no others are defrauded or taken advantage of by these individuals. My last step should have been my first step, hiring a professional company that was referenced on the manufacturer's website.
They were nice first time out told me compressor was probably dieing. Called them back a c started freezing up. Figured my compressor was dead. They won't call me back after several messages. I did there chat option. Once he learned he had been out there once he said let me check schedule and I ll get back with you in a hour. That was three or 4 days ago. I even tried again yesterday to see if they forgot. No response. This is crazy. Beware
Absolute fantastic service! From the 1st service call to the new HVAC install the guys were professional, knowledgeable, clean, and delivered top notch customer service. They took the time to answer all my questions and even performed numerous tests after the install to make sure the new system was performing at optimal performance. And the quality of work was above and beyond industry standards! I will definitely use this company again.
Michael and Chris are the most honest, dependable, and knowledgeable I have met in the industry. They have worked for us correcting a problem no one else could nor knew how. Great company and wont break the bank.
Had the guys do a full install for me on a remodel. New unit, new duct work, new return, new vents and new thermostat. They did an awesome job. Super fast. Work looks awesome and the price was super reasonable. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Chris and Paul are simply the best. I reached out to them when my AC started acting up and they were out here immediately. Chris is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He answered all my questions and gave me his honest opinion. His prices are the lowest in the area. I would 100% recommend him for all your HVAC needs!

Chris and his team at ADAC were great .Very professional very knowledgeable. Great Price .Great service top notch equipment used .I had two air units replaced in my house .They were informative about everything and reliable I bragged on them so much My buddy Jeremy owns Ledford Reality took his cards from me said I always have people asking me to recommend HVAC company but there was never one reliable know he does .ADAC
Fantastic work, very professional, and super friendly! They responded very quickly for a troubleshoot and were immediately available to install a new unit, even on 90+ degree days! I can't recommend a local business more than these guys!

I called Chris and he showed up the same day. He is very reasonably priced!! Very knowledgeable and very experienced! I was informed of what he was doing and what was wrong with my unit the entire time he was on site! I will definitely pass the word on about the entire business!! Chris at Affordable Dependable Heat and Air installed 2 new units and all new duct-work in a 75 year old building we just renovated for our medical spa. Chris and his team were dependable, their work was deemed as “excellent” by the general contractor, and they were very responsive to our needs and questions throughout the process. This is a very professional company.
Chris got here fast and gave me an estimate. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and let me know when he could be there. He did a very professional and efficient job of relocating my air conditioner. Efficiency is important when the AC has to be cut off in June. Thank you for all you do! Highly recommended!
