This company came to install an brand new AC Unit in my Condo 3 years ago. The whole system was not installed properly and left only 2 feet of clearance in my laundry room door. Now 3 years later I have to replace the washer and dryer for my tenant and physically can’t take those appliances out of the room! It’s been 3 weeks that both myself and my property manager are trying to get a hold of this guy and nothing. Got him on the phone once and all I got was excuses on why it was installed that way! What kind of common sense do you need to not block an entry way? Absolute nightmare. Terrible service, unprofessional, unresponsive. DO NOT use!

After having two other HVAC companies come out to look at and "fix" my a/c with no lasting result, I reached out to Jorge who got back to me right away. He was able to come the next day and took his time to look at the issue and answered all of my questions. He was able to diagnose the issue and replaced a leaking coil for an extremely reasonable price. He was friendly and personable, always communicated well, and let me know when he would arrive and if he was running late. This is the first time in the two years we've lived in this house that our a/c is working as it should. I will definitely reach out to Jorge again for any HVAC needs!
The technician is very professional and knows what he is doing. His price is also reasonable. I am using this company regularly for annual tune up since he fixed the problem two years ago.

We had what turned out to be a relatively minor issue with our A/C unit. The technician who came explained what he thought had gone wrong, and how he proposed fixing it. It did take two visits, but both were scheduled very quickly, and the overall cost was very reasonable. We haven't had problems since, and we'd recommend Aero HVAC for any A/C issues.

Answered the phone " Yo, what's up." Was a no-show TWICE. No phone call or apology. Extremely unprofessional. Wasted two afternoons waiting for them to show up.
I had a HVAC/Heat pump unit installed in July 2018. My AC went off within a week of having a BRAND NEW BRYANT UNIT installed!!! That is when my NIGHTMARE started!!! Jorge came out and I finally had AC for the summer. On November 11, 2018, the heat pump completely stopped working and I had to call Jorge again. The inside temperatures of my home has been BELOW 60 degrees and I am now using a space heater although I purchased a BRAND NEW SYSTEM. Since November, I have contacted Jorge SEVERAL times via phone, text, and email and he responded whenever he felt like it! After responding back to my home about 10 times, on March 15, 2019, Jorge decided that the unit (which is under warranty) is defective. I went out of town and he was supposed to replace my unit on April 1, 2019. Jorge failed to show up after I attempted to contact him the day before. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! Oh I forgot the BEST PART...My BGE bill has been 4 TIMES the normal amount since NOVEMBER 2018...4 TIMES!!!! With my previous 20 year old system during each month with COLDER TEMPERATURES, my bills were $135/MTH compared to the $430-$500 PER MONTH that I have paid to BGE since NOVEMBER when MY NEW SYSTEM INSTALLED BY JORGE OF AERO HVAC initially went out. I have also paid two other HVAC companies to come to my home who explained that there were problems with my system and stated I would have to pay them FULL PRICE to repair since they would not honor another company's Bryant system warranty. Jorge gave me a check for $600 because he felt bad because he was negligent that I have repeatedly called him since this problem began and he has REPEATEDLY IGNORED ME despite knowing my system is DEFECTIVE. Jorge is the ONLY employee of this company and he should have sent back this defective unit last July when it originally went out. Jorge is stretched thin but I have given him 8 months to fix this problem. My BGE bill is still RIDICULOUS and he will not make fixing my unit a priority. I'm done beggin
Jorge called us back immediately and set up an appointment. He called when he was on his way. He did everything he said he would exactly when he said he would do it. He fixed our AC quickly, inexpensively and with great communication and advice. I will call him every time I need help with my AC and I will also tell all of my friends and family about him, his great communication skills and his expertise with air conditioners.

Aero HVAC are true professionals. Accurately diagnosed issues with our HVAC system and made all repairs in a prompt and courteous manner. I was confident that no up-selling occurred and all service was what was required. I will always call on Aero.
I had the temperature of the upstairs dramatically hotter than the downstairs. They came out and put a lot of thought into redesigning my old furnace which had a poor design and successfully figured out how to make the upstairs not as hot as before and the downstairs warmer. Thanks!
